Araiya Palampur exceeded all our expectations and provided a truly memorable experience! From the moment we arrived after a harrowing drive from Chandigarh, the warmth and hospitality of seeing the entire team waiting to receive us at midnight, set the tone for an exceptional stay. Every interaction with the GM Mr Javvaji Acharaya and his team was marked by genuine care and efficiency—they made us feel like the most valued guests at every step. We had booked an interconnected Deluxe suite with 1 Duplex suite for our trip, as suggested by the hotel. To our absolute delight, it was the perfect choice for our family. The rooms are elegant and have perfectly appointed amenities that cater to every comfort. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful touches that make you feel at home in luxury. Duty Manager Vishal was in touch with us days before our arrival to make sure our rooms were prepared for us as per our requirements. Staff memeber Sashikumar was ever eager to help. The spa is a haven of relaxation, offering a range of treatments that rejuvenate the mind and body. The serene ambiance and expert therapist Ritu and her team ensure a blissful escape from the hustle of daily life. And then there’s the food—simply fabulous! Chef Arun provided custom meals, to suit all of our different dietary requirements, while ensuring the culinary offerings are a feast for the senses, with each dish prepared to perfection. Whether it was hearty breakfast spread or the exquisitely crafted high tea and dinners, the flavors and presentation were always top-notch. Puneet and Jagmohan Singh never denied us a single request, always having a better alternative ready, if whatever requested happened to be unavailable. Lastly, I know this may not matter much to others, but the fact that the entire staff of the resort was kind to the 4 community cats that roam the grounds freely, made me and family very comforted and reassured that indeed we had chosen the right place for our family holiday. Araiya Palampur(read Pamperpur) is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience of comfort, care, and indulgence in the breathtaking lap of the Himalayas. We can’t wait to return

I absolutely love Araiya and their hospitality. I travel a lot to Himachal for both professional and personal visits and Araiya has never disappointed in hosting me and my team. Mr. Suman and his team are just great. Special mention to the chef. The food here is just amazing and very fresh. Thank you !

It was amazing stay araiya when we visited there with office colleagues for an offsite in dec first week...Property has avery beautiful view of mountains and stay was very comfortable.. Staff was very decent and had customer centric approach

We went to stay for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff is very courteous, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and tastefully done. The kids play zone is actually good, has ice hockey and 2 PS3s with a few games as well. The gym is well equipped, and has a good sound system too. The food is diverse and delicious. Everyone in the team, Mr. Vishal, Mr. Shashi, and others were very hospitable and made sure our every request was attended too. Their cabs are more expensive than local cab providers, but otherwise a stellar property and stay.

The resort was absolutely amazing, with top-class service provided by Puneet and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed. I had planned a surprise anniversary night for my wife, and the team executed it flawlessly, making it one of the most special and unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. Everything, from the ambiance to the attention to detail, was simply perfect.
