The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious, made with organic ingredients to support healing. Yoga and meditation sessions add to the experience, helping you feel more balanced and connected with yourself. Walking through the green gardens, listening to birds, and enjoying the fresh air make the stay even more special. Kairali is not just a retreat—it is a place to heal, rest, and feel renewed. Kairali is one of the most unique healing resorts that I have been to so far. I went for my osteoporosis, thyroid, hypertension and many more issues, and I can definitely say that I came back feeling a lot more better than I went in with. Dr. Ashika Raj and her entire team, including the therapists are absolutely wonderful. They made sure I got everything that I needed. The restaurant took excellent care of my diet. The amazing part is the resort is not restricted to wellness, they also have fruits and vegetables plantations, herb garden, different kinds of animals like goats, cows, special breed of hen, swans etc. All in all, I would just like to say that it’s a great place if you want to go for any treatments or otherwise. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so amazing.

We had a pleasant stay at Kairali. It’s a place I would recommend to anyone seeking to explore the Ayurvedic way of life. We were under care of Dr. Deepu, who is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and approachable.He listens attentively and then designs each person’s regimen according to their health. We thank him for his guidance. The front desk is accommodating. Would like to specifically mention Shyam who is prompt and helpful. Last but not the least, the treatment centre and kitchen teams are crucial to the system and they do their jobs with great skill and sincerity. Campus is beautiful.

The best Ayurvedic resort in India, a heavenly place difficult to find one. Authentic treatments, personalised discussions direct with doctors, clean organic food which heals your soul and body. All the staff members are so friendly with their infectious smiles. Take out time and do visit. Panchkarma is min 14 days , detox be there atleast for a week.

Excellent experience overall Amazing caring and warm staff and excellent care by the doctors. Lot of creativity in the kitchen with variety of mouth watering soups and desserts! Yoga and meditation were the highlight of the days activities
