Nice place, if there is transportation from bus stop/train station to resort (2 ways with service) will be excellent. Will be wonderful if there is motorbike for rent.

Very good place with nice services. Service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. Breakfast was included and featured a nice mix of Thai and Western options, all fresh and delicious.

Highly recommend this resort in KY to everyone. We stayed in the beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool. My family enjoyed our stay. It was a great retreat. Breakfast in the villa itself by the pool (and even in the pool) was so memorable. Could have stayed for a few more days!!!

Overall is fine. The highlight is Alpaca. There is no kid club but have small outdoor activities for kids which may not work for bad weather. Room is a bit dated and worn out. Breakfast is blend and could be better especially facility. it is way too crowded.

Good atmosphere, but if you book during peak season, the price of the room is high compared to the size and amenities of the room. Hot water is quite slow. It takes a long time to take a warm shower.

Nice room overlooking national park with beautiful sunset. We had nice mookata dinner at outdoor seating. Also enjoyed the zoo and pot painting plus bath tub in room.

Overall, it’s good, but I think the cleaning could have been better. I found dust on the glasses and limestone stains on faucets which gave me unpleasant feeling when I touched them.

Good service and good vibe, suit for family trips especially children

I'd like to share my recent experience at a hotel. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. We had previously stayed at Dusit Thani Hua Hin and were hoping for a similar experience in Khao Yai. The only positive aspects were the view and location of the hotel and the presence of cute alpacas. However, the pool was dirty with a lot of hair in it, and the room didn't seem very clean. The tiles in the bathroom were filthy, and the bathrobes appeared to be used and unwashed before our arrival. On the balcony, there was no rack to hang bathing suits, and there was no coffee machine in the room. Additionally, the sink was broken, so the water didn't go down the drain. The food was also disappointing. The café underneath Kuni Kuni served horrible, bitter, and tasteless coffee for over 120 baht per cup. The breakfast in the restaurant was even worse, with very limited options. When I ordered an omelet with vegetables and requested no pork, they brought me a stinky ham omelet instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Everything is so perfect. I love the morning view from my room—it's really fresh with full green scenery. I’ll definitely stay here again someday.

Beautiful and quiet place. We really loved to stay there. But don’t forget to bring the treatment for your hair care. They only provide shampoo.

Good breakfast and good views

Room is comfortable, clean, very nice and good ambience; however the breakfast needs to be improved. Such as the bacon is very hard. There is not much choice of bread or not much choice of international breakfast.
