We really enjoyed our stay. We had the king size bed and it was very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast as well. Thank you Ged and Claire. We will recommend your bnb to our friends and family.

Been here several times over the years since Claire and Ged took it over.Had a lovely stay every time.Rooms are comfortable.Several choices on the breakfast menu and all lovely.Nothing is to much trouble.Literally 2 minutes from the beach and several things to do in the area not far away.Just had a lovely relaxing holiday.Whenever we come back to paignton we will always stay here.just lovely hosts Claire and Ged.

Lovely hosts, clean rooms, fresh treats, good location. Would recommend to family and friends. Stayed here for 3 nights and everyday our rooms were cleaned to a great standard and parking is available on sight. I definitely recommend it.-

To be fair it was a lovely stay , yes the building is a little dated but it was built nearly 200 years ago , We received a warm and friendly welcome from Ged our host who showed us to our room which was clean and very nicely presented, the fire evacuation call was explained and so was the breakfast arrangement. Following morning breakfast was presented… a nice full English and Blueberry pancake with syrup both enjoyed with no complaints. All in all a very nice stay with lovely hosts . Parking was available on a first come first serve basis . Thank you Ged & Clare for a very pleasant experience Gerry & Bev or John & Gill

Well decorated, good food, comfortable bed and amazing hospitality. Host went above and beyond to make our stay that extra bit special. He addressed us by name each time he saw us and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning!!!

Wonderful location, so close to the beach (a couple of minutes walk). Lovely decorated room and comfortable bed - I slept like a log! Claire and Ged are great hosts and are very knowledgeable about the Torbay area. Good breakfast selection, superbly cooked by Claire.

Not long returned from our 7th holiday at Beaches for the English Riviera Airshow . We had the pleasure of being Claire and Ged's first guests when they arrived in 2017. We feel like coming home when we visit . Lovely spotless room , great atmosphere and delicious breakfast . Weather also decided to improve and we had 10 minutes rain in a week ! Booked for 2025 before leaving .

Clare and Jess were here friendly and accommodating. Great hosts. The B&B was clean throughout. There’s a great choice for breakfast that covers a range of either a light breakfast to a full English. The room we had, was en-suite. A nicely run place. Parking is a little tricky - not Clare and Ged fault. There is little on street parking and what there is, is taken mostly by local residents. The B&B is close enough to walk into town, only 5-10 mins away and the sea front is only 2mins away.

The Beeches were a last minute booking and we were not disappointed. Very friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Being vegetarian our breakfast was very tasty and just what we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay and your kindness shown in your home.
