not a good experience compared to other hotels we stayed around srinagar. Tips oriented staff and harsh front desk. They seem to be doing some social service to the tourists. Place looks nice in the google, actually old property and poorly maintained.

We have stayed there in room no. 305 for 2 nights. If you have difficulty to use staircases then you should ask for room in ground floor as they don't have lift. Views from all room may not be equally beautiful as there are other properties in close distance. Rooms are not spacious enough for triple occupancy if extra bed needed. Breakfast food option is very limited. Even they don't serve any juice. However, view from 1st floor lobby and hotel's front garden is just splendid. Staffs are helpful. Food tastes good but many dishes were not available. Washroom was quiet clean and well equipped with amenities. Probably like many other places in Pahalgam, they don't accept international credit card which causes serious inconvenience for us coming from outside of India for 10-15 days or more and carrying cash is difficult and risky

Amazing location to start with! All the staff were very polite and helpful. Right from hot water in the room to having drinking water in room everything was perfect and well taken care for by the hotel team. The executive Chef was friendly and helpful .The food from breakfast and dinner was simply amazing and had a lot of variety! We stayed at different hotels in and around Kashmir but the food that we had at this hotel was simply amazing and tasty! I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Worst hotel ever stayed. Behaves as if we are the captives and they are the jailers. Keep proper eye on what u eat at dinner and breakfast . We went with a group of 9 friends which were couples but they treated us like we dont deserve this hotel. They charged 50 rs for drinking water, they gave two complimentary bottles (500ml ) ofcourse its way too much because we cannot drink this much water in our lifetime. Raees the manager behaves like we ate his food , ofcourse doing his job by properly reminding us that "Your time is up kindly go back to room". worst hotel ever stayed.

In January of this year, my wife and I visited Pahalgam and stayed at this hotel. We were fortunate enough to witness the heaviest snowfall of the season that day, which made the resort look even more beautiful as it was completely covered in snow. Regarding the room, it was good and equipped with an electric blanket, which was necessary as the temperature dropped to -2 degrees that night. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and while the food was okay, we found that breakfast was better than dinner. We were pleased to find that the staff understood Hindi, which made communication much easier. Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable despite the cold weather. Hotel baisaran is one of the best in phala gam.staff was very loyal they speech very polite . food was very tasty. Out view of hotel is amazing.in my view three places in phala gam ABC ,*** vally, baatab vally and chandervadi is beautiful place i wish come here again and again,

The baisaran pony ride is terrible. The path is muddy, stony and plenty of slopes. Theyboversell the package saying the route is smooth and flat surface. One pine tree fell in front our eyes and the horse collapsed. The person riding git injured I will discourage people who are not adventurous or with weak heart not to take this ride.

The location where this hotel sits is at the main road and well guarded. We found it to be clean and the bell *** were very helpful. A room that got no complaints and again the plus point for the hotel is the staff

We stayed in Baisaran for two nights in May'22 and found this to be okayish hotel for the money they charge. Location: On the main road and near to main market. You can also walk leisurely to tourist taxi stand from here. Rooms: Rooms are quite small. There is no space for an extra bed in normal (delux) room. Even in Delux room, hardly any space left for free movement, so you can understand. Housekeeping was good. Service: Staff was helpful most of the part. We found staff at restaurant very helpful, however their service was quite slow. Also, if you ask for one thing, they tend to bring something else - may be they lack proper training. Reception staff, surprisingly, was quite aloof. They never ever try to please you or suggest you anything! strange! Food: Hotel offers full buffet with limited choice, and repetitive options everyday. Taste was okay to good, basically you will find one dish to your liking, and hence you will be fine with that. We will recommend this hotel for its location the most!

Let me start with Positives. 1. Food -5/5. Buffet. They have got nice spread of food. Suprisingly they have more varities of Veg Food. Breakfast was also good and had good spread. 2. Service - Staff is courteous, overheard conversation with other guest and were ready to provide break Fast early in the morning. Rooms -2/5. 3. Don't take ground floor room. There was lot of noise due to discussion among staff and with guests.Need to keep curtains for whole day. Asked for room change but no rooms were available 4. If you are couple then room is fine for family rooms are small. 5. Hot water was not a problem 6. Wash basin tap came out while using Caveat - Don't have experience of another similar hotel at Pahalgam. So don't known if there are any better alternative among similar hotel.
