It was a good experience, the stay was comfortable and we were well looked after. The chef amen was especially very good,

Room was decent but washroom was too bad. Too small to sit on a toilet seat and seats weren’t even fixed to the wall or floor. Also you won’t get anything else to eat other than dal chawal. You will have to travel to main market to get something else to eat

Perfect cozy homestay feel with chef and staff attending personally. Gushing waterfront with mountains view !

Rooms are not so good. Breakfast having a few options so please don’t go for breakfast included in room bookings. Bathroom are also so so. Overall 2 star out of 5

4 rooms booked for us by Thomas Cook as part of the tour plan. Building with 4 rooms are behind the front building. There is no proper access to that place. We have to go behind the kitchen through a narrow place. We were told there is no one else that building, but night 11PM some of their kitchen workers knocked the front door and said they sleep upstairs. Looks like a safety issue and no watchman for that building. Bathroom health faucet leaking, toilet seat rotating, wash basin tap also rotating. No maintenance even after the complaint. No proper dining area. How such cheap place selected by Thomas cook??

I dont know why people gave 4.5 stars here. This property is located like 10 min drive from main pahalgam market. I went with elders so I specially told them my needs. It's semi resort. This prop have 19 rooms & all rooms are actually standard. You won't get feeling of wovvvv types. Washrooms beds were clean but not very much fresh and aromatic. Beware of entering into washroom there its very uneven. Mattress was hard and heating pads was under them which offcourse give very cozy feel in chilling nights. On amenities ground there is nothing specially rather than good WiFi. Staff was hardworking specially restaurant and rest other staff seems to be like son in law (damad types) of owner. There is no department like room service, house keeping etc all calls land At reception, where majorly no 1 available. This prop have some 10 15 stairs everywhere. Quality of food was fine. Lightning in room is very poor it's like dark all around. Somewhere its gives dharamshala type feelings. Tata sky was not even recharged . There is major power cuts and good thing is there is generator and bad thing is that it's not automatic and some1 have to rush to on off it. So sometimes it's late to get electricity & you need to go out of rooms and tell them to on generators. My suggestion to owners is follow some professional ethics, primarily is to give dresses, guest don't able to identify whether it's hotel staff or not. In phalagam you won't get wovvvvv property. So it's like spending average Quality time. Out of 10 I will prefer to give 5 in total.
