Homewood Suites by Hilton - Paducah

This is very nice modern and new hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding were both very good. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was just kind of average. About what you would expect. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, plus assorted cereals and a little fruit, yogurt and the regular breakfast assortment. It was all good, just didn’t stand out like some do. The only reason I rated the hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was the parking. There’s no parking in the front of the building and no designated Diamond parking. It’s kind of inconvenient. But overall a very nice one night stay.

I booked via Priceline which Hilton uses to sell unused rooms. My room was advertised King + Double + Sofa Bed. There was no double bed. Homewood has desk sign that they will make our experience right, just ask. Not true. Manager hides, wont talk.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for a long time. I find the lobby and breakfast area to be very nice but I find that the rooms are getting a little long in the tooth. Especially the most expensive suite style rooms are looking pretty rough. I think the hotel needs a refresh on the rooms.

The room has an air conditioner that is louderrthan a Mac truck. I cannot believe they expect someone to sleep here.i turned it off, but there is also som humming sound. I would leave but it’s too late and I am exhausted. The room is ok, but too hot to sleep

Overall an acceptable hotel. However it is not new as stated in their description on the Hilton website. The hotel has been open for a number of years and it shows. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Good location just off the interstate. Just don’t expect a a new hotel and you will not be disappointed.

We booked three rooms here on our latest drive back from Florida. I booked on the road a few hours before arrival as we didn't know how far we would drive considering the storms that were happening. We arrived early and 2 of the 3 rooms were ready. I was told it wouldn't be long for the other room. It ended up being about another 1.5 hours until that room was ready, so my parents sat in our room with us until theirs was ready. The pool was very cool, almost like it is not heated except for the heat in the hotel. When we stay here we typically never use the pool as we get in late but this time since it was early the kids wanted to swim, but it was too cold. Breakfast was ok, the usual. But the rooms are starting to show their age. The doors were rough, our toilet hardly flushed, the tv remote power button didn't work. Just seems to be aging and going downhill. I think when we are coming back from Florida again next month, we will skip this place if we can and drive further.

What a great place! The staff & accommodations were excellent. We stayed Thanksgiving eve on our way to Texas - and what a great surprise to be provided a full turkey dinner at the Managers Reception! The food was excellent! As we were going to be on the road all of Thanksgiving day, this was our Thanksgiving dinner. What a great surprise! It was EXCELLENT!

Great room! Room was clean, comfortable, staff is great, shower awesome bed comfortable temp in room awesome and adjustable to our desired temperature. This super important to us. Facility close to many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely go and stay there again.

Absolutely loved this place. Been to many of this brand (200+ nights worth?) but this one seemed very new and especially immaculate. Terri at the front desk started us off with a nice, warm welcome and was very helpful. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable and very clean. Did not get an upgrade as a Lifetime Diamond, because "all our rooms are the same" ... I believe other Homewoods have upgrades. Breakfast was nice but no sweets and it would have been nice to see the traditional microwaveable popcorn in the room. However, all that would simply have been icing on the cake of a great stay!
