Dear Trip.com Management
We didn’t check in the Hotel. Upon arrival we see the Hotel condition and shocked.
The photos shown and the actual site is totally different.
Really Horrible… Please do not recommend this in the Trip.com. web site

Please be informed that the Booking made, 4 booking mentioned above is very bad. During check in we found all the rooms were in very bad shape
Floors were dirty, with stains black in colour, Toilet bowl used not cleaned, roof ceilings are rooten and wet stain marks and partially hanging
we immedialty call the managements staffs showed them the condition and request to cancel. The Hotel management aggreed and told us shall arrange
for refund via trip .com. We manage to book another hotel Via trip.com . Its really Horrible and face alot of though time
Please look into this and arrange for the refund.
