Wowstayz Serenity

Nestled between tall trees and away from roads, the place feels cozy nestled between dense forest and tall trees, giving a very calm and serene experience that allows you to feel the forest and nature. We had a great experience. The staff is very hospitable and the food is fantastic. very clean rooms and bathrooms, amazing views. waking up to the view of the forest is a surreal experience. An excellent place to come and stay to disconnect, relax and reset

I booked two rooms worth mostly people reach to panchmadhi in early morning, initially over phone they committed to provide atleast one room and later asked for extra charges! dinner was inclusive but they were getting stuff from another restaurant and between soup, starters and meal it was an average 20 min waiting! food was not so good. sweets were not available nor ice cream or buttermilk was served! another room allotted had a bathroom dustbin with yuck smelling leftovers of nonveg food. the walls of the bathroom were not clean red spots on the floor and joints of tiles. when I was making a complaint to the manager his response was cold about it! like he is not even interested about customer feedback. he was just saying ok maam. one year back when the same property was under wowstay management it was a nice experience staying there but this time it's just opposite. beta bawarchy is a poor host and just grabbing money.

First things first, there needs to be a signboard so people can locate where Wowstayz actually is (it took us a while to figure that out). Second, even though everything seems beautiful on the outside, there are just too many problems in the room like: • the ac was making loud noises and sprinkling water • they charge like a 3-4 star hotel for a room but their TV wasn't working at all. •their washroom and bathroom has a terrible smell that stays for 24*7 • breakfast is served @9 AM which is a little too late and there is not much variety in it • the the door to the room takes atleast two minutes to open and 2 minutes to close with a key, it's a struggle • bedsheets have stains on them • one has to keep managing the temperature of water on a cold morning/evening because it's either too hot or too cold - there's no in between. If they work on these issues the hotel will be a hit. It's a beautiful property but it needs high level of maintenance which obviously is not happening. 2/5 would not recommend unfortunately.

Room was beautiful and clean, service was also good and breakfast was tasty and light as they used good cooking oil and hotel was beautiful and located in peace area i love it

Poor site booking experience and response. Hotel was below average. No lift available so people having problem with stairs should be advised not to use. No parking. No lobby. Luks like a house converted to a hotel.

One of the best to stay in Pachmarhi. Excellent service, support staff and best rooms. Special mention for the Manager-Mr. Ritesh Yadav who is always ready to help with the requirement. Good for family and groups as well.
