Hotel is very nice. Facilities are incredibly new and cozy. The Hotel offers exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. All staff are professional, helpful and serene to create an unforgettable experience for us.

Most definitely a 5* stay. Very clean hotel with amazing facilities. Of course you are booking due to being a car fanatic - you will not be disappointed. Every part of the hotel is designed around vehicles and is very well thought out. They have a shinjuku expressway bus that comes right outside the hotel to shinjuku which is very handy if you have travelled via public transport. Views from the hotel are amazing. Gym is open 24 hours which is was great. Everything felt new. Interior design was very classy and modern.

Good hotel for people who like racing and circuit. Location is a bit far so do drive your own cars here.

What an intensely beautiful and comfortable hotel to stay at. Mount fuji view room type is a definitely must choose. Perfectly clean and great amenities. For those who rent a car to travel within mount fuji, this place is a must stay.

While this hotel is a distance away from the normal accommodation in Mt. Fuji, the distance is totally worth it. Opening to a view of Mt Fuji from room and breakfast area and a chance to see F1 cars and track up close, this hotel checks off all boxes. Not to mention a cosy onsen facility. Will definitely visit here again for future trips.

Love the view from the hotel. Ended the night with onsen and coffee milk. Kudos to the sustainable practices in place that's subtle.

Our revisit at this hotel and it’s still one of the best! Perfect Mount Fuji view, nice room, lovely restaurant and helpful staff!

Great stay!

Everything was great, area for improvement; be more flexible to allow early check in when room is available. Location is far from town and Gotemba outlet. Need a car 🚗 to commute.

This is a paradise for any motorhead. Amazing view from the room with great amenities as well. The museum is a must go!!

Extremely well maintained hotel with amazing car collection museum on foyer. Mount Fuji views on a clear day is best. Sauna with free fresh milk available. Motion simulator inside the gym gave oportunity to drive Fuji speedway, but book in with concierge as timeslots can be few due to popularity. Will need a car to reach and travel around, much more convenient.

My family had an exceptional stay experience in the hotel . We are able to fully relax and making used of the facilities. My son is especially enjoying the driving simulator in the gym.
