the hotel is quite and in a lovely location . The rooms are nice very comfortable beds and bedding with spacious modern bathrooms. The room Ihad was unfortunately lacking a view as it was overlooking the aircon units . The front of house staff were excellent and went over and above to ensure I had a nice stay . The only downside I felt and feedback was that the bar /resturant area lacked any atmosphere the bar is unmanned there’s no encouragement to utilise the area and you feel that’s it not to be used so i often drank and ate elsewhere. hence the 4/5

Great location in the city center of Oxford. You can get everywhere by walk and enjoy the sightseeing. The staff are amazing and always help you at any time. Can’t wait to be back there!

Very good hotel. Nice service. Convenient location. Near to bus station and railway station. Close to westgate and not far from main university buildings.

This is a good hotel in central part of the city. We didn't use any of the facilities due to our short stay at the hotel. It looks quite decent and room was nice and cozy. Service was ok, but could be better if you get a proper greeting or a sort of welcoming that is expected at this level of hotels. Location is close to bus station and railway station, which is convenient if you are in/out of Oxford for a short stay.

Short walk from the bus station. Nice hotel by a river. Clean. Front desk staffs friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for hotel in Oxford area. Buffet breakfast is acceptable but not much choices.

Thé tower I got today was not clean!! Lots of ashes and woolen knots leaves on my body and hair after using them.

First time in this hotel. Great Location and excellent view. Definitely will stay again

位置很好 步行去哪裡都很方便 走去火車站也衹要15min 酒店也比較乾淨 房間在歐洲不算小了 性價比確實很高 不錯

距離車站很近，在牛津大學裏居中位置，步行各個景點都很方便，很新，設施齊全，推薦大家

酒店地理位置不錯，乾淨整潔，床鋪很舒適，早餐豐盛。我住了3晚，都是早上出門，下午2點之後回來，每次回來房間都沒收拾好，剛躺下想歇一會兒就有人來敲門，第一天説來不及打掃了，明天再打掃行不行，我説沒問題，第二天我下午2點半回來，房間還是沒打掃，剛躺下又來敲門問是否需要打掃房間。還有一個問題就是房間裏沒有晾衣服的地方，很不方便。

離商場很近，值得去逛一下。
