Premier Inn Oxford Cowley

It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

The place is ok, it’s a bit far from the city center. Out if 10 I can give 7

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

Ok but not very goood

The room was adequate but very hot with windows that where sealed shut so had to request a fan. Unable to check in at 15:00 had to wait in Reception til 16:15 and when speaking to Manager no apology offered and only when we requested free breakfast was unhappy but would be done and when we arrived for breakfast told not on list! we had a two medical appointments at Oxford Hospital

Stay here often, rooms standard and restaurant/bar facilities mediocre tbh and don’t use them but what is fantastic or should I say who is a staff member by the name of Silva, so helpful, kind and always goes that extra mile! Shout out to Silva!

Very good room, value for money, bed very comfy, room was clean and services were adequate, food excellent choice both evening and breakfast, meal deal was very good. Only criticism in the room was the omission of a hand rail in the shower which was slippery when wet.

I think just being in Oxford inflates the prices here. I paid £175 for two nights. If I’d paid less I probably wouldn’t have overlooked the issues a bit more. Great bed and general facilities but the sink had an unpleasant smell coming through the drain and the skirting boards were pretty grim. I could also hear a lot through the ceiling/walls. I’m glad I’m a heavy sleeper.

We're just leaving after staying 3 nights in a Premier Plus room. The room had dirty carpets and a dirty fridge. I asked for the room to be cleaned each day we stayed, but the carpets and fridge weren't touched. The air con doesn't work. A fan already in the room was a giveaway. It didn't stop the room from being stifling even in October!! We had breakfast each day which was fine. We are dinner in the restaurant on the first and third nights. No problem first night but had to wait over an hour for food on the third night. No apology, just, "Oh yes, we're busy!!" Good location to get in to Oxford. We used the Redbridge park and ride, which is about 10 minutes' drive away. Overall, the hotel needs to be cleaner and cooler, and the restaurant needs better management!!
