Our cottage has a well appointed galley kitchen with a full stove, refrigerator, microwave and other small appliances. There is a bright and airy dining and living room with 180 degree view of the pond and great outdoors. We provide a canoe, kayak, shared paddle and rowboat, gas grill for outdoor cooking and everything you'll need for your getaway except food. We do not supply linens (sheets) and towels. The house is two level, with all bedrooms being on the second floor. Access to the lake requires a walk downhill as well as a 20 stair staircase down to the water. Maine is a popular destination for biting mosquitos, ants, black flies, and other pesty insects. You will likely meet some of them during your stay. We recommend you to wear bug spray when outside during the night time hours, and to not venture into the woods or long brush areas.Our property is full of tall beautiful pine trees - the Maine State Tree!
