這個酒店在城外7公里處，看樣子疫情的時候就是隔離酒店，上不着天，下不着地，衹有旅行團來住。我訂的是套房，就給了我一個標間，死活的説這就是我訂的。跟攜程打電話，攜程找代理，又找酒店老闆，就是説房間就這樣，愛住不住。折騰了一個鐘頭，攜程客服也沒轍了，退給我一部分錢，大晚上的，我也沒勁折騰再找別的酒店了

Hotel con buena ubicación muy limpio,personal amable, la habitación grande ( por poner alguna pega se escucha todo van familias con niños pequeños y gritan mucho y es muy molesto, padres controlen a sus hijos no sois los únicos que se alojan en el hotel )

Excelente atención excelente personal el establecimiento es muy agradable

設施真的太棒了！👏 空間很大，而且設備都很新。椅子也超級舒服，簡直是我的天堂啊~

房間很大，大床房的床寬有2米，洗漱用品齊全。位置好找，有免費停車場，樓下有健身房，户外泳池，自駕旅行首選。

Hotel grande y espacioso, pero se nota la antigüedad que tiene. El gimnasio totalmente insuficiente. Habitación no muy amplia. Se nota que fue un gran hotel pero se ha quedado algo anticuado,necesita reforma.

去温泉鎮比較近的正規酒店，可以免費停車，有游泳池，在郊外，去那裡都需要開車。 早餐比較簡單

This hotel is some kms away from Ourense, so, a good location to stay if you have a car and want to stay in a more affordable hotel, outside the city. The room was great, spacious with a giant comfortable bed. The renovation done in the bathroom was quite nice too. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, however, the access is done externally, via the parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient. The restaurant serves good burgers and fries.

The hotel was perfect for us as we were travelling around Northern Spain in our campervan and parking in Ourense isn't easy to find in the city and several hotels the parking was not on site and reviews said parking was tight for a car so we would have struggled with our van. The Exe parking was great with plenty of space, there was a lovely outdoor pool area (although we didn't use it as only there for 24 hours). It was easy to get into town from a bus stop a 3 minute walk away opposite the Meson bar/cafe at the junction on the road to the hotel and was 85c each adult each way. The hotel itself is a little dated and basic, not the 5* it says it is but was clean and the beds were comfy and the room had a tv and fridge plus a hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming on arrival. Do not be put off by the location as the bus was easy and cheap and the hotel is not fancy in any way but if you are there to sightsee in Ourense and the room is for showering and sleeping in don't hesitate to book.

Hotel situado a varios kms de Ourense .El hotel es un gran complejo con zonas verdes exteriores y una piscina bastante grande , que cuenta con socorrista , hamacas y toallas. Nos alojamos en una suite , con salón aparte y verdaderamente estaba muy bien. La recepción , la atención exquisita. Hay que decir que el hotel es frecuentado por excursiones y la otra vez que estuvimos los desayunos se convirtieron en un caos. Esta vez solucionaron el problema abriendo otra zona de desayuno para la gente que no estábamos de excursiones. Por la atención y la calidad precio , repetiría sin duda.

El hotel se encuentra unos 6 Km de Orense donde no hay nada de nada por lo que tener coche es imprescindible. Las habitaciones están bien aunque nada insonorizadas. Aparcamiento cómodo y gratuito. El desayuno bien a excepción eel café donde hay mucha cola para cogerlo. Las comidas y cenas fatal La Metre muy antipática. La cafetería abre poco tiempo. No hay nada para entretenerse En definitiva: no lo recomiendo

Le sobra una estrella!! Lo peor de todo es la ubicación, está a 7 km de Orense pasando un polígono y sin nada alrededor. El hotel es bastante antiguo, las habitaciones con mobiliario ya pasado de moda y sin ningún encanto. Lo elegí porque era de la cadena Eurostars pero no cumple con la categoría que tienen otros. Las puertas de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido al cerrar y con moqueta en los pasillos del hotel. El desayuno normal, el zumo de naranja no es natural, el embutido es de poca calidad. No merece la pena, salvo que por allí no hay nada para desayunar.
