Adley House

Adley House is still a very beautiful Stay but the personal note was missing from our previous stays.

Thank you hosting me in the lush gardens and the lovely rooms. Best team around Siskia made my stay very pleasant. Please explain the plants and old cars - that would add up to the marvelous spot! Loki I forward coming again.

If you read all the five star reviews, they still don't come close to adequately describing the WONDER and charm and fabulousness of this amazing oasis in Oudtshoorn. The hospitality of Siska and Britney are something to experience - we were welcomed like we were great friends of theirs, they could not do enough to make us feel at home. The gardens are amazing, it's pure tranquility there, flowers and trees - the pool - birdlife, bumble bees everywhere - I wish we could have stayed there for a couple of weeks. The rooms are FANTASTIC - very spacious, super comfortable, spotless, and we felt like VIPs. The breakfast is also something to see to be believed - I can't believe all the choices we got, tons of variety, everything you could possibly want, and prepared with love. I know it sounds corny, but we were absolutely blown away by every aspect of our stay there. If you are going to Oudtshoorn, then look no further - you won't find a more charming, warm, delightful spot to stay, thank you SO much, it was one of the highlights of our trip and if ever we are back in that part of the world, you will be the first place we stay! I know we were recovering from a viral infection so weren't feeling great, so it made it even more special that you took such great care of us. A+++ and thank you again.

Adley House is situated in the heart of Oudtshoorn with a beautiful,no,stunning!, garden ,surrounding this old heritage home. Friendly gardeners and water sprayers welcomed me before I got inside the house where I was shown to my spacious room with the shady verandah facing a part of the garden. Light linen for the warmer weather,clean bathroom and an excellent mattress added to the enjoyable stay. The staff in the kitchen were warm and friendly and Siska, an amazing,warm friendly and genuinely beautiful hostess,inside and out! Breakfasts were delicious and extensive and the 'vetkoek' balls to die for! I usually do not eat deep-fried food but do not pass it! It is the best! All and all,a stay to be remembered and certainly to return to when visiting Oudtshoorn again.

I had a lovely spacious garden room in the beautiful garden. Siska was an amazing hostess.. and served delicious breakfasts for my 5 night stay. I would definitely stay at Adley House again. Thank you, Siska for a wonderful stay .

This was our first stay here and Helene is a most welcoming host. You cannot but instantly like her. Aderly is an old fashioned guest house that has lots of charm. Our room was a good size and was comfortable for our stay. The only issues we had were the Wi-Fi signal strength and getting the shower to an optimum temperature for any length of time.

A very warm welcome, extremely accommodating and an elaborate breakfast. The electric blankets to keep you warm in winter were a big plus and then there is a small patio behind your room to sit outside in the sun.

In einem Blumengarten gelegene sehr hübsche Unterkunft. Das Mobiliar war etwas älter, aber alles war sauber und der Preis einmalig für ein Doppelzimmer mit sehr reichlichem Frühstück. Das Personal war okay.

We zijn hier onverwachts terecht gekomen voor een nacht. De aankomst was top. Ondanks de loadshedding een snelle check in en naar de kamer. De bedden zijn goed, een ruime keuken met allerlei zaken die ondanks dat men uit eten gaat handig zijn voor een kleine snack of drankje. Een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met oliebollen muffins, engels ontbijt, vers fruit, yoghurt en cereals. Top locatie!
