Ecolodge l'île de Ouarzazate

The hotel and rooms are simple, but everything was very good. The staff, especially Rafik, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great views. I had a wonderful stay at Ecolodge Lile. The staff were all very helpful, and I'd especially like to highlight Rafik at reception. He gave us a warm and charming welcome, offering us a lovely berber whiskey by the pool with cake. He also took some great photos for us—he's an excellent photographer! The breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed walking around the area near the ecolodge. The lake is just 15 minutes away, which was perfect. We also had a great experience with the horses riding . Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful riad in Ouarzazate, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Rafik and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, with Rafik ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool refreshing. Following the owner’s advice, we visited the village of Megdaz on our way to the Ouzoud waterfalls—an unforgettable experience

My stay at Ecolodgelile was truly unforgettable. One of the highlights was the Berber music and the vibrant atmosphere created by dancing around the fire at night—it felt like stepping into a cultural celebration. The breakfast was fantastic, with a flavorful tajine, a fluffy omelette, and a comforting soup to start the day right. I also couldn’t get enough of the breathtaking views from the swimming pool, overlooking the serene lake and majestic mountains. The reception staff, particularly Rafik, were outstanding in their hospitality, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of comfort, and the warm shower after a day of adventure was much appreciated. A huge thank you to Youssef and his entire team for making this experience so special. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Ecolodgelile to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Waiting in the Inwards Desert was an unforgettable experience. It felt like a peaceful city surrounded by water, desert, and trees, illuminated by moonlight. The serene environment and breathtaking scenery made it an incredible place to visit.

Myself and 4 friends had the best 4 night stay at Ecolodge L'ile. All the staff were so friendly and catered to our every need. We were made to feel completely at home from the moment new arrived. The lodge itself is so beautiful, tucked away from the town in a very peaceful spot. The pool is great for the very hot sun, and the food was always delicious. They also serve alcohol (even in ramadan) which for us, was a big bonus! All my friends agreed it was a perfect stay and we are most grateful for our time at Ecolodge L'ile.
