We had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn Ottawa Airport! I traveled with my wife and our three kids (ages 7 to 11), and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was just what we needed after long days of exploring—great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The room felt cozy and spacious enough for a family of five, which is no easy feat. We all felt right at home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient for everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfy, hassle-free stay in Ottawa. We’d definitely come back!

Booking was trip.com was first all very easy and accommodatiing. The King suite is fabulons with kitchen and of course dishes. Service was available any time. Room was hidden in the corner giving more privacy. EXCELLENT 🥂

Fantastic hotel! Great location and close to the airport. Ample free parking. Spacious suites with full kitchen. Amazing breakfast buffet, which is included with your stay. Exceptionally clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are amazing!! Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

4人房有2張Queen size 床，廳有廚房餐枱梳化 感覺乾淨舒適，餐具廚具雪櫃都好乾淨，方便在房間吃外賣。 停車免費，到主要景點大概20分鐘車程。雖然到市內參觀要泊車，但主要景點多有收費停車場，街泊有green P. 對扶老攜幼既家庭客比較實際，比在市中心步行遊覽無咁累。

這是我在加拿大居住7年以來，最舒服最乾淨，性價比最高，最愜意的酒店。規模適中，安靜但不偏僻，也是無論平時還是週末，停車場爆滿的酒店，這一點説明它的入住率極高，感覺入住的商務人士居多，對寵物很友好，傍晚會有很多小動物在樓下玩耍，我很喜歡，推薦給跨省搬家，親子旅遊，帶寵物的家庭長期居住。
