Booked a signature suite for 3 adults and the room was perfect. It was huge and well-equipped. If you needed extra towels or amenities such as shower gel, you could get them from the corridor. There’s also a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was included, which offered juice, fruits, cereal, and burgers.

Hotel location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, it’s only 10mins to City Hall, 20 mins to Parliament Hill. Hotel staff is very professional and efficient in their response. I like the goodies bag, with bottled water, energy bar, biscuits, they prepared for their guests so we can take those with us for consumption as we explored the city.

Neat and tidy hotel room; convenient location to visit downtown Ottawa. Disappointed as we were assigned to a room on ground floor, but have requested a quiet room on high floor in our booking months ago. Also, the accessibility to the ground floor is outside the hotel through an outdoor parking lot.

Staff were friendly and nice there. It's located in downtown Ottawa, easy for us to get to our destinations. In-room amenities meet our needs. will be back in the future

Well it’s nice to be in downtown site. But I found dead bed bug inside sheets. I spoke to night shift worker, they said there are clean sheets, you can put it on by yourself. First time not good experience with this Business inn hotel.

overall stay was completely good but this building does not have free parking, they charge you 22 dollars for underground parking or outside parking as well and no security for car they said car parking is always at owner's risk. thats only a negative point otherwise room was clean, no disturbance, breakfast was good.

This hotel is pretty old and it shows, but the room was quite pleasant and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a room air filter machine plus an internal AC unit, though it didn't work terribly well. There was also a white noise machine which was lovely. The bathroom is super-small and the only disappointment during our stay. The staff was very solicitous and professional. Did not enjoy having to pay for parking over and above the cost of the room (that was a surprise), but I guess downtown hotels can command these fees. All in all a very pleasant stay, and I would book again if I could get a deal through Trip.com (rack rate is very pricy).
