the onsen is really good. the hotel is tidy and clean. the room is big. but the view is not as pretty as expected. maybe because the river is dry

Very nice hotel with great open air onsen. The dinner and breakfast buffet were amazing, we enjoyed the traditional japanaese dishes very much. Staff were also very nice and helpful, makes us feel warm and welcome.

The waitress was nicely and helpful. Food was nice and delicious. Outdoor Onsen is clean with nicely landscaped.

Happy that we had chosen this hotel, was informed that the hotel is undergoing some renovation work but that didn’t inconvenience us at all.
