Upon arrival, front desk staff seemed nice. We rented the Ambassador suite and the suite itself was nice and spacious. It smelled musty due to the jacuzzi. Reception staff was pretty useless - I had to ask 4 times for body wash that was not in our room before they brought it (took until the next day to get it. That’s a simple thing that just wasn’t done. I was honestly tired of asking..). Jacuzzi in the room didn’t work, staff wasn’t even sure how to operate it with wall controls. Had to send maintenance guy in 2 times (on day 2) to finally get it running. The temp of the jacuzzi still didn’t reach where it should have been, so we had a cool temp jacuzzi for our 4-day stay, but we were constantly assured it would get to temperature. Staff was brutal and disorganized. Restaurant food was 1/10. Not a picky eater but couldn’t even eat the seafood pasta. We were assured there was 24 hour reception when we booked. We had to leave at 7am to catch a flight and no one was at reception to check out. We asked a groundskeeper to get someone to help us checkout at front desk but he told us no one was there until 9am. We told him we had to leave to catch a flight and he stepped in front of us on the path and said we couldn’t leave. Hotel had our credit card info, so we weren’t worried about leaving without paying. He followed us to the gate, telling us we couldn’t leave. Just a brutal experience. The room itself and pool were nice. The staff was awful and the service was very poor. There were barely any guests at the resort as well, which made the brutal service even more confusing. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. 2.5 at best (ex: I asked pool staff where I could get a towel and they didn’t know; absurd). I wouldn’t recommend.

Great property in terms of location but thats it! Very friendly dining staff. Key cards dont work, room phone with no dial information, window blinds didnt work, no room service, no water or cofee maker in room, trip hazards in the gym, kitchen closes with no notification, front desk lady who is not open to any feedback said" we can close kitchen whenever we want". Jacuzzi and Sauna rooms closed,no water or towels in fitness center, too many items to write. The worst part is when tried to give feedback to the front office lady, she was defiant. But the best is the dining room staff was sooo good. Om, Surya, Kris, Joseph and the lady were fantastic!!

they tried to palm off a disabled room on us they no longer have a private beach or private access to the sea lots of design yes but little comfort: impossible to have darkness, bathroom separated by glass and curtains, they never changed the towels, rude staff....

This hotel cancelled our booking a week out from our travelling dates stating that they were closing. This left us with very little options of alternative accommodation nearby and now we have to stay at two seperate hotels for a three night break away for my husbands 40th. Really poor customer service and consideration.

If you like trendy, designer, boutique, this place is for you. A brilliant location right on the sea. One of the best swimming pools in a hotel we’ve ever experienced. We came here to chill and had a lovely time. Forget any comments about the rooms; ours was great, and we had plenty of space.The staff - management, restaurant (shout-out for Evelin), pool, cleaners - are all super-friendly and helpful. The resort is spotless. I always think the test of a place is whether you would come back, and we most definitely would!

Un agréable séjour dans un hôtel magnifique ! Le personnel est très à l’écoute et prend bien soin de ses clients ! Tout le monde est gentil et agréable. Le confort des chambres est très bien, bien que la literie soit un peu dure à notre goût. Un grand merci à Angelo, l’homme à tout faire pour sa disponibilité afin de nous trouver une voiture de location. L’endroit est malheureusement très isolé et il est vivement recommandé d’avoir un moyen de transport. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien et le chef a un talent indéniable. Les plats sont bons et bien présentés. Nous recommandons !

Bel hotel avec une belle piscine mais personnel pas digne d un 5 etoiles. Reception indigente et mal aimable. Tres peu de personnel au petit dejeuner et à la piscine qui ne parle pas du tout anglais L hotel est entierement refait mais s abime dejà. Dommage l emplacement est top et la piscine tres agreable

Pchi giorni per lavoro in cui ho potuto apprezzare la struttura, bella e pulita e i servizi forniti con efficienza e cordialità. Unico neo (anche bello grosso) la ristorazione. Poca fantasia, piatti riproposti a pranzo e cena, insomma, una elegante mensa..

La struttura nuovissima è situata direttamente sul mare della Costa Merlata, in una atmosfera rilassante e rigenerante. Dalla bellissima piscina con zone idromassaggio e arredi confortevoli è possibile accedere direttamente alla spiaggia e agli scogli delle due calette adiacenti. Servizi impeccabili, camere moderne e dal design ricercato, colazione molto varia e di qualità, ristorante con tavoli anche all'esterno a bordo piscina con menù differenziati per light lunch e cena e ottimi piatti serviti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il suggerimento di utilizzare le biciclette a disposizione per una suggestiva passeggiata tra le calette della costa al tramonto. Un plauso particolare vogliamo riservarlo al personale della reception, al maitre e al giovane personale di sala, che hanno sempre lavorato con il sorriso, con disponibilità e professionalità per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Una grande piscina, molto curata e con comodi lettini, divani e servizio bar a bordo piscina. Dimensioni della stanza, giuste e tutte separate da piccoli patii esterni che rendono l' ambiente confortevole e nel rispetto della privacy. La posizione della struttura è meravigliosa, a ridosso della costa merlata, molto suggestivo il panorama e l' affaccio totale sul mare. Inoltre, all'arrivo ci è stato regalato uno scrub corpo, essendoci all'interno della struttura una spa con tutti i crismi ed una bravissima collaboratrice competente e gentile. Ma, la struttura vanta di un unico ristorante che ahimè, non ha alcuna varietà (identico menù tra pranzo e cena che, eccezion fatta per un' unica portata, è tutto a base di pesce -molti crudi-) inoltre l' elasticità dello chef è limitata. Un vero peccato perché in una struttura che si definisce a 5 stelle Lusso la flessibilità e la capacità di accontentare il cliente da parte dello chef dovrebbe essere alla base. Fortunatamente a compensare le mancanze del versante culinario c'è un ottimo staff gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile, che rende il soggiorno piacevole e all' altezza del posto: un plauso a Pietro e ai suoi preziosi consigli, a Yuri e alla sua professionalità e capacità di accontentare ogni richiesta, ai giovanissimi Enrico e Luca sempre sorridenti e con tanta voglia di lavorare bene. La serenità della struttura è data principalmente da questi ultimi menzionati ( Pietro, Yuri, Luca ed Enrico) i quali, inoltre, hanno mostrato una totale assenza di pregiudizi nei confronti di famiglie "non convenzionali", sinonimo di grande apertura mentale e di una mente cosmopolita. Sehr schönes Hotel top Lage am Meer und sehr nettes Personal. Man braucht ein Auto aber sonst ist es herrlich. Top Anlage super Zimmer und sehr gutes Essen. Für Italien extrem komfortabel. Schöne Buchten zum schwimmen und toller Pool und tolle Terrasse etwas erhöht.

Incantevole. Rilassante. Accogliente. Elegante. Assolutamente indimenticabile. Ho alloggiato purtroppo solo per due giorni in questo resort capace di coniugare bellezza e natura, lusso e comfort. Una esperienza indimenticabile. Spero di tornarci ad agosto.
