Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Boltenhagen, in a quiet position, 20 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south-east facing position. For shared use: natural state property, swimming pool, indoor pool (8 x 14 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.).
