For shared use: 2 swimming pools (50 x 20 m, depth 50 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. and 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2). In the house: restaurant, bar, lift. Public parking 200 m on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 2 km, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "Su strada direzione Ventimiglia." 310 m, pebble beach 30 m. Walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Casino 3 km, Villa Raimondo 4 km, Teatro Ariston 4 km, Piazza Bresca 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
