From the begginnig of our stay, we couln't find what we expected. First of all, they gave us the room that located in the first floor which we only could see a truck with a driver in it, watching us changing our clothes. When we told the reception abaout the situation, they placed us in a diffrent room which was located in the third floor. When my Mother was preparing to rest on her bed, she opened the sheets and found several hair strands on the diffrent points of the bed. Restaurant doesn't have any kinds of Swiss Food or good variety of international gastronomy.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's nestled within a forest, offering a serene atmosphere that allows you to escape to another world. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist and ensure you have an exceptional stay. We were also upgraded to a better room and enjoyed a well-stocked minibar at no additional cost.

The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The theme was mushrooms and there was a professional mushroom lecture and hunt in the forest with explanation after and most meals had mushrooms. The hotel is a converted sanitarium, with a very clean spa, Hamman and one feels rested after breathing all the healthy air and taking part in different sports and eating balanced foods which are fresh.

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

2024 yılının ilk tatili muhteşem ve çok keyifliydi otel hem çok guzel hem de yemekleri çok lezzetli Genel Müdürü Ufuk Bey her şeyi kusursuz dizayn etmiş. Odalar çok ferah ve huzurlu. Yemekler şahane. Her şey en ufak ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Ayrıca İrem Hanım o kadar güler yüzlü ki her gün onu görmek insanı mutlu ediyor. Tüm seyahatim boyunca benimle özel olarak ilgilendiği için çok teşekkür ederim❤️

An itibari ile konaklamaktayım. Oda buz gibi ve yaklaşık 4 saattir ısınmayan bir sistem var. Gece saat 2 oldu bir çözüm bulamadılar. Başka oda verin dedim, yok dediler. İptal edin rezervasyonumu onuda kabul etmediler. Çözüm olarak bana battaniye sundular. Geceliği 120000 tl olan bu otelde konaklamak isteyen var ise bu tip problemlerle karşılaştığı zamanki yalayacaklarını paylaşmış oldum. Yazık gerçekten çok yazık

Tesis yeni ve son derece bakımlı; her detay düşünülmüş. En iyi açık büfe deneyimlerimizden birini yaşadık. Tüm yiyecekler büfeye az miktarlarda konulup, ilgili mutfak ekibi tarafından sürekli yenileniyordu. Böylece her şey görünüm ve kondüsyon olarak taze ve özenli oluyordu. Restoran şef ve müdürleri bile servise bizzat katılıp her masayla tek tek ilgileniyordu. Hiç bir isteğimizi iki kez tekrar etmemiz gerekmedi. Genç servis görevlileri son derece ilgili ve çalışkandı. Otel yöneticilerinden Tamer bey sabah 07:30– gece 23 her yerde karşımıza çıktı. Misafirlerin check-in deneyimlerimden, yoğun saatlerde restoran servisine kadar her yerde ve her misafirle ilgiliydi. Aynı olumlu gözlemlerimiz havuz, spa ve house keeping için de geçerli oldu. Bu kadar yeni bir işletme olmasına rağmen tüm organizasyonun bu denli pürüzsüz olması, tüm çalışanların bu denli güleryüzlü ve ilgili olması büyük bir başarı ve mutluluk verici. Tüm otel çalışanları ve yöneticilerine gönülden tebrikler ve teşekkürler.
