Brumini Beds and Beach Resort Oslob

This Hotel looked pretty nice from the outside, but it is a very long drive from the airport, so if you are planning on staying here, it is about 4-6 hours plus rest stops. The pool was very nice and we had a nice view, but there were dead bugs that spotted the floor. The breakfast here was pretty cheap, but the portions ******, so I had to buy 1-2 meals just to be full. Not only that, there is a hidden 12 percent service fee which they do not tell you about, so not great. Overall, the experience was not awesome, I would not come here again, definitely do not recommend coming here unless it is for a short time.

We stayed in Brumini for 2 nights. We're a family with 1 small child. We went Whale Watching and we needed a place closer to that area and to the port to Sumilon island. This resort was the only decent option that we had in the area. Everything else around was not good to stay. The location is very good. They have a small private beach, a beautiful swimming pool, tasty food, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. It is an older resort that used to be fantastic when it was new. Now the furniture is old. The air conditioning is old. It reminded me of accommodations in our country 20 years ago. The price was the highest that we paid here. It was great for us for 2 nights as a transit place.

Avoid like the plague 1. Rude staff at reception desk 2. Hotel nothing like photos 3. Bathroom dirty 4. Cockroaches in the room 5. Wi-Fi/connection very poor 6. Breakfast advertised as free but only if you want meat and rice (eggs/toast will cost you extra) 7. Staff are lazy, expect to wait a lifetime for a coffee despite the “resort” being dead. Often see them just sitting relaxing on the sunbeds 8. No cocktails/spirits. If you want this you need to purchase a whole bottle of the spirit from behind the bar (1000 pesos) 9. Hostel quality accommodation with nice resort prices 10. We repeatedly checked with the hotel staff that we would be OK getting on a bus to moalboal from outside the hotel. They consistently reassured us that despite the Easter celebrations we would be fine. As soon as we got to the bus stop locals were coming up telling us there would be no buses that day due to the holidays. The hotel staff had many opportunities to arrange transport for us/let us know we would not be able to get a bus on to Moalboal but instead chose to lie 11. Don’t be conned on the Sumilon “sand bar” trip. It’s a 20m strip of beach with over 150 people at any time. The sand bar doesn’t appear until evening but the last boat back to Olsob is 4pm. I could sit and go on but in essence if you want an enjoyable trip STAY AWAY!!! Seems as if the hotel owner is just draining every penny possible from the place rather than investing in good staff and repairing the hotel

We found the resort on facebook. We took a risk if there are any available room as there are not much being shown in other sites. The staff are nice and friendly, and the room is very clean. It's very calm and quiet on the area. And they assist us by taking us to the Whale Shark Watching area. The problem is the water stopped working in the morning, the wi-fi is only in the restaurant, and no cold coffee. Our overall experience is great!

Wären 0 Sterne möglich würde ich 0 geben. Schrecklich! Das Personal ist unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind simi sauber und haben tierische Mitbewohner Der Wasserhahn tropft durchgehend. Das Essen verursacht unter Umständen Beschwerden.
