Didnt’t receive any checkin details on my date of arrival. Ends at having to call Customer Service, for which you have to wait for a long time before any of their staff is available. There was a strong beeping noise on inside the room all night round. We asked for changing a room as soon as we noticed the sound, around 6.45pm in the evening, but no staff was available to help us as we’ve told they finished their schedule as 4pm - which is ridiculous for hospitality industry. We stayed awake for the entire night, as we were literally sitting next to a ‘fire alarm’. The hotel was not only available to change a room for us, neither willing to issue any refund as a compensation. Worse than a hostel, pretty much throw £100 away.

There are 3 supermarkets downstairs, one minute walk to train station, very convenient.

Good location. Nice . Just be sure before arriving the hotel you have the key code and room code number.

This is the reason why I will cancel my membership in trip. This was the second time I suffer from the lack of proper treatment when a family arrives to one apart hotel. . Two hours waiting for the acces code… last use of the app… bye bye..

Rejected by hotel without valid reason told me to write email for refund but no reply disappointing

The check-in time is 16:00. I suppose to receive the pin code of the main entrance and the information of my room by 16:00 according to the confirmation e-mail. I didn't receive the e-mail at that time. I was not able to call. Some locals help us to give a call. My friend gave his e-mail address to the staff but he still cannot receive the pin code. We were not able to get in. I finally receive the e-mail from the hotel 40 minutes after the check-in time. We waited for so long. That's an awful experience. By the way, there is a chewed bubble gum on the kitchen table...

Cheap and convenient. Clean room

Hotel w centrum - to jest plus. Wszędzie blisko. Okolica nie jest zachęcająca ale na jedną noc było w porządku. Jest to opcja budżetowa niemniej godna polecenia w tej cenie. Apartament był czysty. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Minusem był kontakt z hotelem. Nie mogliśmy wejść do niego o planowanej godzinie, ponieważ nie został nam wysłany stosowny kod.

直到入住都沒收到酒店採集訊息的郵件，所以沒有密碼，在酒店門口臨時聯繫的trip客服。還好客服很好，幫我迅速聯繫上了。 設施挺齊全，位置離地鐵口也挺近，但是床不太好，像個簡易彈簧床。然後被子和枕頭都有一股味道，睡得不舒服。

酒店位置不錯接近車站，附近亦有不少商舖可以購買食物，房間內的煮食用具十分齊備方便想自行煮食的人，不過一開始Check-in手續有點麻煩，因為酒店的email被放到spam mails，所以我不知道需要預先網上完成手續，而且酒店是全自助無人管理的，直接去到酒店並沒有職員能解決問題，到達前可能要注意一下。

Excelente relación calidad-precio en el centro de Oslo. Recomiendo
