Wi-Fi, private dock access, new steps to the water, and a new deck overlooking the water. This cottage underwent a re-model in Spring 2022 to accommodate up to 6 overnight guests with two bedrooms and one full bath. All new windows added in 2024. City water added! Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. You will find a Smart TV in the living room as well as a sunroom overlooking the water for all your lake views! Relax outdoors on your private deck or park your water toys on your private dock. Great stay!!!
This cottage is so cute and cozy. Love the decor. The cottage has everything you might need. It’s a 12 minute drive to a beautiful beach on Lake Huron. Would definitely go back.

Girls weekend
Great VRBO. Everything about the place was very comfy. Plenty of room for 5 women. Beautiful yard and convenient location if wanting to venture out.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind while seeing magnificent Lake Huron
All 4 of us enjoyed the peaceful surroundings From relaxing at the fire pit or on the dock, to fixing meals in the kitchen and on the gas grill, our stay here was just what we needed. The view of Lake Van Etten from inside and outside was gorgeous! Comfy beds! Dorene was a very responsive host! Close to everything we wanted to do!
