The hotel is nice and spacious(Hollywood room type), convenient with washing machine and kitchen ware. The only disadvantage is it’s far from train station. But will stay there again!!

Very near to Namba station which is direct line to the Kansai airport. Front desk are very helpful and friendly, they can converse in both English and Mandarin. Room is very clean and up to my expectation. Lobby floor has unlimited supplies of drinks including coffee.

Nice hotel. Free starbucks. But the qualities sometimes good n sometimes very watery. Book triple room. The breakfast so so only. Maybe can go outside find better restaurants. Need to walk 10 mins go life aupermarket.

The hotel was new, extremely clean, and in very good condition. Check in and check out were fast. The shower&bath room was big comparing to Japan hotels. The separate toilet was wonderful. We stayed on the 3rd floor that we can see trains through the window and no noise at all! My son was really enjoy watching the trains. The location is good that it’s near everything and safe but not very close to train stations (take at least 15-20 mins walking).

The place was great! Free Starbucks everyday! The electric sockets were the best! They installed 220v compatible sockets instead of the japan standard ones. No need to worry about not bringing a universal adapter. This Hotel has definitely thought of even the little details of having a great stay! The rooms were also very spacious and very techie! I will definitely come back to this hotel! Plus the hotel is within walking distance to all the famous restaurants and shopping streets.

The hotel has great amenities. It is near Namba shopping malls, Lawson is just next door with Chateraise and Tully’s coffee. There is free Starbucks drinks within the hotel for hotel guests. There is a variety of drinks, free, available as well. The hotel is said to be near Namba station, but I personally thought it was 5 minutes away, but no, it’s about 15 mins walk, as Namba station is huge with many lines. Other than this, the hotel is great. It’s small, but Japan’s hotels are all small. I love the bathroom, clean bathtub and good space for showers and baths.

Good newly built hotel, comes with free Starbucks coffee. Everyday I had two cups. Very good amenities.

6 mins walk to NAMBA park, lots of shopping place and restaurant nearby, Starbucks coffee at reception was definitely a credit. However the laundry seems not working well and wasn’t very clean

The room is cozy and stylish, the bathroom is so spacious that it surely was a great surprise! The location is very convenient for touring around the popular zones in Osaka.

The hotel is new and comfortable, especially the bedding provided. The shower room is spacious and clean. Hotel is close to large shopping malls, lots of shop and restaurant around. It is also close to the station of airport line.

Love the hotel - quiet near to train station and the hotel is very new. Digital control, allow screen mirroring and also there’s free 雪肌精 facial products for use during the stay. Most importantly, the price is so so so good!!
