Very near train station - importantly this station can take you to kansai airport for only 970Y (cab is way way more expensive). Hotel also near dotonburi & shinsaibashi shopping area. Best of all, there is great breakfast daily - organic based n very delicious! This is a great super hotel in osaka - will patronise again for sure! NB : love the robo dog in the lobby!

I had a bit of trouble with my booking but Kubo cared and watched over me while I attempted to resolve the issue.  She was very patient and understanding with the situation.  A mega thanks to Kubo and her team assisting me. Extra amenities can be found in second floor, and the meeting area is great for gathering.   Bathroom is a bit smaller than other rooms but is well enough for a solo traveler. Ease to Namba station, Nippombashi, and the metro. Would undeniably stay here again.

This is one the better hotels I have stayed in. They do so many things that other hotels could learn from. The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. They have a "pillow menu" right by the lobby with a selection of many different types of pillows to choose from as well as a drawer or amenities you can take and Pyjamas you can borrow. They also have a free drink bar from 2 - 8 pm each day. The room was very comfortable. They don't clean unless you request it and you can do that by putting a magnet on the front of the door. This is how you check out as well. This is possible because they have no room keys, instead you get a pin code for the door. Breakfast was also really well thought out - with small portions set out at a time. This keeps the food fresh and reduces waste. On top of all this, the location is very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, near every where. Small room for solo travel. Thoughtful provision of custom amenities and extra pillow for self selection.

We booked for 2 adults and only 1 set of toiletries found in room, however the front desk staff were really polite and friendly and assisted us. Loved their service. Room is very compact, aircon got a bit funky in the middle of the night. Breakfast is provided and there were several options. Drinks (soda and wine) are provided from 2pm until 8 pm. I thought there was an onsen in this hotel from the reviews and the poster in the lift, however the staff said there is no onsen in hotel.

The hotel has a great location and it was very clean. However the amenities are a little outdated. Breakfast was really good with fresh bread everyday. The staff was really friendly.

The location is super B. The staff is super helpful, polite and friendly. However The room is quite small with the 24-inch size luggage,but I plan to come again if I come to Osaka next time.

We are pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were always polite and helpful, especially in response to our queries. The daily breakfast provided was great with decent amount of choices for the guests. Although the room was quite small, it was still comfortable enough for resting and sleeping. The miniature toilet was surprisingly good given its awesome functionality. Overall, I would recommend others to stay at this hotel if they are looking for good quality at an affordable price.

Impressive hotel. There are many small thoughts that you can feel the hotel go beyond and above to take care of the guest. Ladies are given 5 amenties per night upon check in covering skin care, hair care, mask. There is free flow welcome drinks including hot and cold beverages and wine from 2pm to 8pm...and they welcome you to bring food to the area to eat so you can pratically pack in dinner. The wine is kept at 8pm but apparently the drink machine still operate after 8pm...you can get a cup of hot tea at night. There are bath salt provided 1 per guest, if you wish to use the bath tub. Usb port are now common in new hotels, but this super hotel came with multiple cables as well. Free umbrella at level 2 for rental during raining days. Free breakfast came with salad, 3 types of freshly bake bread, 4 hot dish, rice, curry, miso soup, yogurt and milk. Truely amazing hotel.
