Old school hotel with everything you need. But its closing down. But there are other branches for booking around Osaka.

there’s only one thing i wanna feedback is about this hotel they use centralised air conditioning. I’m travelling in early dec, that is only for heater… which we have to request to the hotel to open up the window for cold air to flow in - which mean the temperature is uncontrollable, is whether u have to open up narrower or wider of the window to decide and most likely you can’t get a ideal temperature. i do not recommend this stay and will not come back for myself. best thing of the hotel is location , underground pass through all the subway lines and airport bus terminal just right beside.

We liked a lot the location - close to all the shops you might need. Our room was quiet small, for two beds and two futons. We enjoed our stay especially because of the breakfast. A wade range of dishes including vegetables, meats, fruits. A bit japanese style, a bit european style.

Very old school hotel, a bit cramped for 4 adults, but luckily, it was a short 3 nights stays. My parents complained that room lighting is too dark, and our room is facing the main road hence the sound of vehicles passing by the hotel was very loud especially at night - On our last night there, a group of bikers kept going round and round the same area making those acceleration sounds (on purpose). The only best part would be the location of the hotel, near the train and subway station, near shopping malls, the bus stop to get on to go KIX airport is just right below their property.

Service was great, was able to deposit personal belongings and also to accept luggage delivery. In the room, bottles of water provided per pax and comes w kettle, charging pods, mini fridge etc. The room I stayed in has a window that faces the main streets. Overall satisfied with my stay.

New Hankyu was in v good location, easy access to all stations (Osaka Station). The check-in was fast and the staff were very polite. The room was small for 2 pax but we have a city view, other than this it was quite worth the value though.

The room is really squeezy I had a hard time trying to lay my luggage. We got a fine when we check out late which is my very first experience among all of the hotels, including in other Japanese hotels. Even though it is near the subway station, navigating my way to the hotel with 2 huge luggage is really a challenge as only some exits have elevators. In the end, I have to make a big detour to get to the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent and it js convenient to shop around. Although the room is a bit old, the hygiene condition js good.

The hotel is located very near many big malls but I felt that service was not as good. The person issuing us our keys gave us a black face the whole time. The hotel still uses keys instead of keycards which I was abit annoyed by as I’m not used to having keys

Sad to hear that the hotel will stop operating in Jan 2025. Generally it’s a good hotel. Room size is more than enough for one person. The location is very convenient. I can take the bus to the airport just outside the hotel.
