Perfect hotel just opposite the exhibition center. Rooms are huge and new. Bathtub was also a big sized one that was super clean. Price was also very decent. Would stay here again every time for the exhibition. UnderGround floor has a convenience store and the metro is 200m walk from the hotel.

The location is very good if you want to go to expo and the room is very big but wifi is not stable

Location wise, the hotel is located with Osaka Bay port area and thus, the hotel overlooks such infrastructure. The hotel rooms are of good size and facilities adequate.

It was a really nice hotel in Osaka bay. We stayed there for convenient travel to Expo

Fabulous experience!!

It is an old and second-hand hotel. The carpet looks dirty. The filling of quilt is not uniform and absent in some places. The WiFi is slow and even cannot be used when the hotel is crowded of people at night. The buttons of the lifts are hard to press and impact sound is heard occasionally when use the lift. The breakfast is bad. All food materials are cheap and even a sushi is not provided. The service is poor. I have asked for higher floor when booked the room (6-22 floor), only 8th floor is provided and refused to change to higher floor at check-in. In conclusion, the standard of the hotel is unlikely to be 4-star which may be due the large supply of customers from international conferences and exhibitions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, no issues whatsoever with check in or service. View was awesome 😎 (I sadly only took videos) and great proximity to the Intex Center and ATC Mall, all within walking distance. Whether alone or with others, great hotel to stay at with plenty to do in the area. Would recommend to anyone needing to be near the Intex Center. Breakfast was bomb and there are multiple resturaunts and cafes within this hotel. Thank you guys very much!

So far for everything and services are not for 5 star hotel . Rooms are big but beds are no comfortable We take a Christmas dinner in the Italian hotel restaurant and they close the restaurant at 9:30 pm , move out all the guest and didn’t accept at least to made a final cafe order. Bad service.

The user has to make reservations for using the pool, I’m fully aware of that. Each reservation is only for 40 minutes, I understand if the pool is crowded and the hotel try to make everyone accessible, they would put such time limits. However when no one was even in the pool and the staff refused us to use use two sections (80 minutes), really not making sense 🤷🏻♀️
