Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

Pretty good Hotel, the bar on the top floor is great, the folding the restaurant delicious and the access to Dontonbori super easy like also to the Namba station. Stunning view from the room, people are super friendly and the rooms are very clean.

The hotel room was cozy and spotless, with a beautiful view. The bed was on the softer side, which some may find comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station and close to shopping areas, making it easy to get around and explore.

Swissotel Nankai Osaka is a great accommodation choice in Osaka. Its location is in the very center of the city. There are many tax-free and luxurious goods shops nearby. Also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. Dotonbori street is five-minute-walk away, Tsutenkaku tower around 15 minutes. Hotel staff was up to their task, always polite and helpful; breakfast quite good. I would prefer more amenities in the room. My room was on the 31st floor, and view was amazing.

Front desk service was lousy. One touch phone swiss service line was non existent and had to constantly wait for call backs that never came.

Made this booking on behalf of my extended family members and they simply loved it! The room was great and clean! And the breakfast was good too! Will definitely stay in this hotel again for next time!

Best location where you can travel to and from airport within 45 mins. Most popular shopping streets and department stores are nearby and easy to access. Hotel is just renovated with nice japanese cultural touches. Stayed here for several times, highly recommended.

The location is excellent but the rooms are getting dated. Needs updating. The service level of the staff is inconsistent. Some are very good while others are simply doing their jobs and their attitude reflects that. Expected more from Swissotel, especially in Japan.
