This hotel is really good and all customers services are excellent. The location is perfect to go the Osaka Castle. Only need by walking around 15mins to get there. There are lots of good restaurants. I will go there again.

The hotel room is very spacious and offers a nice view of Osaka Castle. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and includes a delicious bowl of eel rice, which is really impressive. The hotel staff is friendly and polite. One of the major drawbacks of this hotel is its location, which is a bit far from the main visiting and shopping centers. Overall, we are having a great time at this hotel.

Best experience in Osaka Service and location are great. Hotel is near Osaka Castle. Breakfast was very good. Close to numerous subway lines.

Great breakfast, amazing location, clean. The only annoying thing is when they clean your room they put your toothbrush on a towel, please don’t touch people’s tooth brush when cleaning the bathroom, that is just not sanitary. Didn’t have dinner buffet and long wait for breakfast buffet.

Excellent service, very good breakfast with wide choices, Western and Japanese. Although hotel is old, it is very clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities. Just a short walk to the Osaka castle and its surroundings. We can see the castle from our room. Getting around is easy and the closest station is Osakajokoen Station by JR line, and it is just one stop away to the metro network. Good thing is the airport transfers by limousine bus right outside the hotel. Note that there are only two departure time at 8:10 and 10:10 am if you are heading your Kansai airport.

The hotel is elegant, and the metro station is nearby, so it's pretty convenient.

Spent RM122 to upgrade my room for a castle view. Definitely worth it!🤩🤩 The hotel is like a small shopping mall, its very huge and very near to osaka castle and the park.

Location: right next to JR line (Osaka Loop line) making it so easy to make Osaka as a base and go to Kyoto, Hiroshima etc. Right next to Osaka Castle. A little dated but clean. We requested an air purifier/ humidifier which they brought over in 2 minutes. Beds were very comfortable. We had a triple room. Room size was big which was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel over there Thera. Bed sizes were long which was very important. Amenities were great. Service was simply world class. Breakfast was very good. Open till 10am. Concierge desk was great too. Taxis are always available there at different time of the day. We found that Taxis were not that expensive allowing door to door travel rather than 10-20 minute walk each time you take public transportation. This helped a lot when you are doing 10-20k step days as is. I was a little nervous that this was a little out of the way when I booked it. I’m glad we picked this place. I’d pick this hotel any day! Great management great service. So impressive!
