A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this hotel features clean, well-appointed rooms and outstanding service. With a great location and a delicious breakfast spread, it’s an excellent choice for a memorable stay.

This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old. Then there was a day when the housekeeping didn’t come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

Room was very nice and spacious compared to other hotels we've checked in. It is also accessible to a lot of locations.

Superb Location, The staff is very nice. we can spend more time to enjoy Dotonburi and Numba walking street. The room and hotel are very clean. Not far from Metro. and Taxi service to airport also convenience.

Transitional hotel, but everything is perfect, good location for shop and eat.

Review of Breakfast Experience at Holiday Inn Namba, Osaka I had a disappointing breakfast experience at the Holiday Inn Namba. The area was overcrowded with dirty tables and insufficient seating, making it challenging to find a place to eat. To make matters worse, one of the staff members occupied a table to sleep, which added to the chaos. The wait for food exceeded 30 minutes, compounding my frustration. I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk manager, but no resolution was offered. I ultimately decided to return my two-day breakfast coupon and did not receive a refund. This experience fell short of expectations, and I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Very good family hotel, large room with triple bed option available. 100 meters walk to Glico running man photo spot. Next to don don donki. Recommended hotel for Osaka stay

Hotel was at a really convenient spot. 1 min walk from Don Don Donki! Hotel was clean and good! View of the hotel is really just other buildings! But this sunrise that I got was really nice :)

Love this hotel. Location wise it’s very very convenient. It’s located at Dotonbori itself. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is ok. And place is safe & clean.

Location is excellent. It is right in the heart of Dotonbori. Endless food choices nearby. Convenience store is right around the corner.

Location is great. Super convenient. Walking distance to Dotonbori shopping area. Lots of food options nearby. Generally a 'touristy' area. Took train out to other area as well, those with no English menu shops. Found e food outside this tourist belt slightly cheaper.

I love all those dove products they provided!! My hair smell good even after sweating all day long during this summer season. Oh about the room. I would say a bit smaller than we thought. But overall it's nice. Nearby lawson so can buy there easily.
