Review of Breakfast Experience at Holiday Inn Namba, Osaka
I had a disappointing breakfast experience at the Holiday Inn Namba. The area was overcrowded with dirty tables and insufficient seating, making it challenging to find a place to eat. To make matters worse, one of the staff members occupied a table to sleep, which added to the chaos. The wait for food exceeded 30 minutes, compounding my frustration.
I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk manager, but no resolution was offered. I ultimately decided to return my two-day breakfast coupon and did not receive a refund. This experience fell short of expectations, and I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests.
