I cannot say enough how clever and thoughtful the management of hotel integrate Osaka is. The services we received and arrangement offered make our stay in Osaka a perfect one. As Osaka is known as the capital of food in Japan, the F&B industry in Osaka especially in Umeda is highly competitive. The hotel management is so clever that they avoid the competition by not offering proper meal services ( except breakfast) but beverages, snacks and nibbles almost round the clock. By doing so, their room guests are happy and the running cost on kitchen are kept low. I can feel that they are doing it sincerely and keeping their hospitality in a high standard - even happy hour is almost finished, they still keep refilling the carpaccio etc. Other complementaries available for guest to pick at the lounge include premium tea bags, bath salts etc. All these tiny little freebies make their room guests feel welcoming. Besides, I was also impressed by their professionalism. Staff are all very polite, friendly, proactive and efficient. I asked them to help us make restaurant reservations several times, each time I witnessed their professionalism. That reminds me of a previous experience a year ago in Osaka - I was rejected by the staff in a rather new hotel located next to the Osaka station. They said they do not provide such service, even though none of them seem busy behind the counter at that moment. What a contrast! Although the hotel is about 8-10 mins walk from Osaka / Umeda station, it can still be a nice stroll on the ground as the surrounding environment is nice and quiet. It is not a five star hotel but my experience and service received at the hotel Intergate Osaka is definitely a five star one!

Excellent location; lounge provide free drinks in early morning / tea time, and rice at night. Free amenities at check in counter, includes cleaning oil, face lotion. They provide lockers which is very useful to solo travelers. Store my shopping bags into the lockers before go to washrooms.

Good location, very near to the airport bus station and not very far from JR station. The airport bus station is just less than 5 mins walking distance from the hotel and the Kobe Outlet Day trip bus is also available at the same station.

Hotel's location is good, close to airport bus terminal and within a 10-12 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, if you know the directions. Otherwise, you could be trapped in the underground maze. We stayed a total of 8 nights at the hotel for superior queen bed room. Overall, the hotel is ok , it provided guests with complimentary drinks, including juices, soft drink, wine and coffee at the lobby and the staff were friendly. For the room, however, I found the motion-detected door light turned off so soon, which was very inconvenient and annoying, I had to move around to turn it on. Also, the tiny refrigerator was not cold/ not functioning at all. Last but not the least, I felt very puzzled when I emailed the hotel for an additional quilt before my stay, but the hotel's reply was very "blunt", saying one bed one quilt, if I wanted an additional quilt, I should book a 2-bed room. I did not feel any "warmth" from their reply at all.

Best service, clean and good location which is nearly Osaka Station.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Osaka. It is safe and clean. It is in walking distance to the biggest department stores, the major stations and the airport limousine bus stop. The interior and service of the hotel is impeccable as well.

The room has good location and is clean. Breakfast is just so-so. The toilet comes with motion sensor light which goes off the second one stops moving, so the light kept going on and off as we were brushing our teeth which could be really annoying
