Beautiful property that is clean and well managed. It's about a 10-15 mins walk from Osaka station/ Herbis Osaka bus stop (if you're taking the airport limousine). It's in the Kita area so beware of the restrictions for Uber rides between 10pm to 1am.

Hotel is new and design is unique. Room (king bed): the design for the bathroom and toilet is too awkward. Only suitable for couples. The shower door glass is transparent and even with the blind downs, it is still embarrassing to use the shower with someone else in the room. room size is considered big in Japan at the price range. Cleanliness to be improved Public area and service: public area are beautifully maintained and clean. Staff are able to communicate in English is a thumbs up.

Beautiful hotel, great location for subway and walking distance to Osaka station. Breakfast option is not great. The hotel is beautiful though and very comfortable and spacious room.

Such a gorgeous hotel. Smells incredibly like a spa from the moment you walk into the lobby. Beautiful facilities and very comfortable beds. I was greatly appreciative of the laundry facilities and the ability to check out at 12, allowing me to have a more restful morning. Only downside is the walk to the Y line train as my feet were so tired. But it was fine, only about 12 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

This was a nice place to stay. I wasn’t there long as I checked in late and left early. Convenient location, nice facilities, lovely service.

Very spacious and clean room considering it’s 5 years old. Toilet can be a bit open for family/friends use, but otherwise the space is big enough. Bed was big and comfy. Lighting can be a little dim but it has a nice atmosphere. Plenty of storage cabinet, and the apple TV was a great addition. Service staff are generally friendly. The building is also nicely designed. Location is a short 10-15min walk to the main Osaka station so it’s quite convenient. Family mart is just a few steps at the corner so it’s good for those late night cravings.

What an exceptional hotel! The value for money is outstanding, especially given its location and the high quality of the rooms. Every aspect of this place exceeds even the already high Japanese standards. A nice touch was the incredibly comfortable pyjamas provided. Highly recommended!

Honestly the best most affordable place to stay in Osaka. Definitely coming back again!

The hotel has a festive Christmas atmosphere! The staff were nice and welcoming. Our room was also relatively larger compared to other hotels in the same price range in Osaka, which was a pleasant surprise.
