Hotel Zipang

I was satisfied with my stay considering the price for the hotel. It gave me a good impression at first since it was clean and the common area looked presentable. I got a small room with window and a futon. The sound insulation was not very good, but the hotel offered earplugs. The room was warm with the AC on even in the end of December. My biggest disappointment was the bathroom, as you don't get an access to a private sink on the floor. It was clean though and I never had to wait or line up or even see other people in there. Location is good - it's very close to a subway station and not that far from downtown. You could even walk to to Denden Town, it would take less than an hour. Keep in mind that this is not the safest area of Osaka. You might see some homeless people around. I didn't feel unsafe, but some solo travellers would. Again, this is a safe and a very satisfactory option for those who want to save money.

Very clean and great value, close to metro and tsutenkaku. Was very tired from walking of tourist schedule so the train noice didn’t bother me that much. Travel before Xmas n the room price is under $30aud a night, very good and better than capsule hostel. You would have really fully closed personal space.

I had a twin room but the room was only big enough for 1 person there is no way 2 people will fit into the room

Good place to crash for the night. Staff should defrost the fridges in the rooms

I loveee this Hotel! Very cheap but clean and everything you need is here. Ofcourse the room is small but who cares? For sleep only. They have clean and spacious sharing bathroom, toilet each floor, and the plus point have kitchen we can use. Free coffee and tea, water, ice cube etc. location very nearby metro. And walking to Mega Don Qui. Definitely will come back. Love their staff very helpfull.

Room was tiny, but sufficient. Provide free flow coffee tea at the lobby area. Shower Rooms are located at Level 1 instead of at each of the 10 floors. Only toilets are availabe at each floor.
