The hotel is so close the Namba city which is so convenient. The room is huge and very clean. They provided gym room and children playroom that’s amazing!

Near to Namba station. Look for exit 2 and follow the signboard. Lawson and 7-11 are just within walking distance. There’s microwave inside the room which is value added and the room is considered big compared to others. There is residence lounge at 6th floor. However, there’s only one microwave in the residence lounge . We were there on one morning and one man was heating up food for 8pax very inconsiderate. We had to wait for 30 mins. The residence lounge is always running out of supplies especially sugar. Overall good experience, high recommended.

This is the first hotel of my Japan trip. I chose this place as it offers much spacious size room comparing the hotels nearby. Location is very convenient with walking distance away from Namba Station and Nipponbashi. Most days I would be walking rather taking the metro. Service and daily cleaning service are impeccable. Laundry service was very convenient and easy to use. They do offer gym onsite but I didn't get to use it. Finally, the hotel also offers very easy process to assist luggage forwarding service. It seamlessly forwarded my luggage to next hotel. If I return to Osaka again, I will stay here again!

Citadines Namba Osaka has friendly and communicative staff, making check in and out a breeze. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located with amenities and food around it. I had stayed twice and would do it again.

10mins walk to Namba Station. Fairly flat. Easy to get to KIX Airport by the Nankai Express. The room is fairly spacious by Japanese standard. Facilities include the lounge which is open to hotel guests only. You can enjoy free coffee there. Also a nice place if you decide to buy takeaway and eat here for meals. The laundry on 5F is so convenient. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Citadines Namba Osaka and absolutely loved it! The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. The room was impressively clean and spacious, with plenty of room to open two large suitcases comfortably. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Nice hotel and nice room

The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The pillows were so much better than the other hotels that I've stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto. Only con is there is a bit of distance to walk to train station.

Convienient location with lots of food options and shops. Clean and comfortable room, amenities were great too. Staff are very helpful too.

Very spacious room. Location is not bad. About 10 mins walk dragging luggage to namba nankai Station will stay again.
