Very friendly staff. Next to a metro station exit, but it can be quite a walk depending on which line you're using. Rooms are small but well-equipped. TV has YouTube and Netflix built in.

Pros: great Onsen with long opening hours throughout entire night, large supply with cosmetic products like never experienced before in a hotel, very good water quality (drinking water from tab), large pillow menu to choose from, good mattress with topper, friendly staff, subway station & convenience store in front of the hotel entrance Cons: unfortunately all pillows are pretty flat and maybe unusual for Westerners, very small room - especially bathroom (although this is quite normal in Japan)

This is very cozy hotel, when I walked in hotel, it have aroma breeze which make me comfortable, it have a hot spring and let me relax my body for whole day tiredness.. walked out from hotel immediately is train station. .

Visit two nights ， but get one free bottle of water only! May be improve. I found that the hair dryer is very 😊

Right next to the Yotsubashi line’s Hommachi station (exit 24). Very convenient. But it takes a bit of walk to the Midosuji line. Run of the house option - they’d give you a room that’s available at that point of time. Do not accept any room on the 3rd or 4th floors. It’s very noisy at the lower level floors. Dinner option: there’s no dinner. They merely give vouchers that’s 10,000 yen discount at the nearby restaurants. Most of them are drinking izakayas if I could recall- it wasn’t places I would patronise so that was a bummer. They have only 1 or 2 staff that speak conversational English, the rest cannot.

Excellent hotels, cozy and clean. For that I have order extra 2 days stay. Super convenient location, you can just take 10 steps to entry the honmachi station. Staff was really helpful! Although the vacuum machine was not working, they still try hard to help. Very single-traveller friendly, I will definitely come again if I go to Osaka.

Nice location, nice service. The room is tidy and clean. Unluckily this time do not have enough time to try the hot spring. Will try next time.

it is sooo comfortable and relaxing place. The security is good and the hot spring is amazing. The whole hotel is full of good smells. You can choose the softness of the pillow and can wash your clothes. It is one minute near from Honmachi station exit 1. Down stairs have a family mart that is very convenient. There are popular Ramen(ふく流らーめん 轍) and Gyoza (餃子の王将)restaurant near by, is very recommended. And the breakfast was Amazing too. It was easy to check out and have a room clean service, you can just place the magnet signboard on the door. I will come again.

The stay with the hotel was excellent; location was great, just outside a subway station entrance, with good amenities; hot spring, daily complimentary drink and snacks and others. It’s a highly recommended place to stay if you visit Osaka!

Not intersting, nothing to talk about for the small hot sping pool, not worth the effort to use it.

Subway entrance is just outside the hotel. Great hot bath facility and evening complimentary drinks. Value for money

good central location, but the room is really small. take note if travelling with large suitcases
