Room was serviceable although a little small but that’s normal in Japan. Everything was clean and usable. All I needed for a 3 night stay. The hotel has a lift that leads to the sprawling Umeda underground passages, so if you’re leaving to take the train, you can head down directly with your luggage. Small flight of stairs just before the underground but not too bad.

I have a very great stay here. Location is good as the walk to the train station is not too far. Many convenient shops nearby and no problem getting food. Great for a solo traveller like me.

Very good location but it comes with the usual street noises and emergency vehicle sounds into the small hours. Otherwise would have been perfect.

It’s bit far away from Osaka station, but if you figure out the underground way, it’ll be much easier.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to Umeda Station. Overall, it was a great value, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, excellent cleaning, friendly staff. The receptionist help me to send the luggage to another hotel city. Convenient transportation, quiet room, feel safety for family with kids to stay here. Very good quality amenities. Many restaurants are around the hotel, seven &I is near the hotel around 10 meters.The picture of the hotel in their website is accurate. Recommend to stay here.

They offer a great stay with the added convenience of direct underground access. You can easily reach the hotel from Umeda station without worrying about weather or traffic. The rooms are comfortable, and the location puts you right in the heart of Osaka, perfect for sightseeing and shopping.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The room was a bit dated but still clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well, though the bidet looked somewhat dirty, likely from years of use. The staff weren’t exactly friendly, but they were professional and efficient. One of the staff members could speak Mandarin, which was helpful. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it’s directly connected to Osaka-Umeda Station through the underground (Exit 7-75 of Whity Umeda - East Mall as pictured). However, navigating the underground passages can be quite confusing, and Google Maps doesn’t work well for underground navigation. The area around the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and even a Pokémon Center nearby. Overall, while the hotel isn’t the most modern, it’s a convenient and comfortable choice if you want easy access to Osaka Station for traveling to other cities.

it is a bit confusing at first, but after few times of exploring, hotel is not so difficult to find, good location as it is near to the busy area close to Osaka Metro and JR station.

I reserved the standard double bed and the space is quite small for 2 people but it’s clean and new. The location is near a lot of restaurants, 7-11 and family mart.

Great location and generally clean rooms. However, the front desk staff were not friendly and I have to say, discriminating. I have a Chinese but I grew up in the US. The front desk insisted on speaking Mandarin to me.

Tired exterior but inside modern and fully renovated. Lots of eating places nearby and shopping within easy walking distance.
