I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. First and foremost, the breakfast service was absolutely dreadful. There were far too many people, making it feel crowded and chaotic. The food was mostly unappetizing, and popular items ran out quickly. A specific issue was the misleading labels; when they substituted salmon for an unappetizing white fish, they failed to update the signage. On the last day of my stay, I was unable to use the breakfast service due to a flight change. Despite my repeated requests for an alternative, the hotel did not provide any substitute for the missed breakfast. The only concession they offered was to give me two bottles of water for the road. In our room, the window could not be opened, making the atmosphere quite stuffy. We had to keep the air conditioning running constantly to make it bearable. Additionally, the furniture in the room seemed outdated and in need of renovation. We even found a hairpin on the floor left behind by previous guests, which indicates a lack of proper cleaning. Service was lacking as well. We were not offered any assistance with our luggage to the room, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the coffee cups provided were extremely small, making them unsuitable for brewing drip coffee packets. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star establishment.

A wonderful hotel! My daughter and I fell in love with him! Great location - metro, trains, cafes, shops - all within walking distance! Very clean, large room, it has everything you need and even more! Very friendly and helpful staff! The only sadness is that you can't buy pajamas from this hotel. Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff! We will definitely come back to you again! Thank you for the wonderful reception! ❤️🔥

good location, room is new and comfortable

Excellent hotel connected to the city yet not too noisy and crowded. Will definitely recommend to families and couples for a peaceful stay with amazing views and supportive staffs.

Great location. This hotel is fairly central to all of the scenic sights and tourist areas. It is near the M20 railway line and only 2 stops from Namba station. The breakfast was worth the money 💰. We will book again.

Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean but bed was small for a double room. Parking was available on B1 at 150 yen per hour - provided ticket was validated at front desk. Parking staff was strict to ensure you parked your car perfectly parallel between lines.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel restaurant also has a nice high tea that we wanted to book but you need to arrange for it 2 days in advance.

The hotel is located at a good area of Osaka, within short distance of many areas in the city center.  Breakfast is good. Rooms are quite small though

It was a very nice stay! But the air quality in the room is not fresh, no windows and ventilation system is not working well. I felt my skin and nose and throat was very dry even I tried to hydrate myself and drink more water. Other things is good, we had two rooms tor parents and for myself, nice view, nice breakfast, very hospitable staff on front desk. Location also is good.

There’s laundry machine on each floor, but the machines are not well maintained; you can see thick lint on the doors of the machine. I was staying on the 17th floor, 1731. There was a distinct body odour smell, that the room’s air filter or ionizer machine couldn’t get rid of. But I had too many luggages to make me want to shift to a new room. Since I was only there sleeping at night, I made do with it. Because you will eventually only notice it everytime you re-enter the room, and no it doesn’t mean it goes away. You just got used to it. Apart from that, I had an overall nice experience from the receptionist, we checked in at 12pm. Room was already ready before the usual check in at 3pm and we were given our room much earlier.

Very nice hotel. Location is the best. The hotel offers everything you need. Clean room, nice view. Strongly recommend. This hotel is located in one of the most beautiful streets in Osaka. Metro is quite close to the place. Market is in front of the hotel.

Easy to arrive at the hotel because it is near the mtr. The hotel's staff can speak Engish. We can communicate better.
