Toilet seat heater was faulty and the room was in a awkward configuration. Tokyo and Osaka rooms were much better in terms quality. Still, it is good for budget.

Hotel room was equipped with a washing machine, making it convenient to wash dirty laundry without having to queue for a shared washing machine. Hotel is located at the start of the shopping street with many eateries around. Though thorough housekeeping was not provided daily, hotel did provide fresh towels everyday of the stay.

I had a fairly average stay at this hotel. Interactions with the staff were minimal — they weren’t particularly friendly but remained professional. Check-in and check-out were both handled through a self-service machine, though there was only one available, so it might take a while if multiple guests are checking in. The best part of the stay was definitely the in-room washing machine and dryer. It was very convenient, especially for a longer stay. While the room and bathroom were generally clean, I did notice quite a few hair strands on the bed and in the bathroom that housekeeping seemed to have missed. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom at times, which was a bit off-putting. The location wasn’t ideal either. While the hotel is near a metro station, the closest exit closes early, which can be inconvenient if you’re returning late after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The next nearest exit that remains open is about an 8-minute walk away. The closest convenience store is around a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The nearest attraction, Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, was still an 18- to 20-minute walk away. Overall, the hotel is a decent option if you need laundry facilities, but there are likely more convenient choices in Osaka.

Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

The hotel is close to the subway. The size is pretty standard comparing to the other hotel in Japan. When I booked this room, I thought there was a washing machine inside the room but there was “none”. Trip.com needs to fix the pictures to match the correct room type. I carried a big luggage and there was not any lift at the subway exit which made it hard for me to carry the subway up.

5/5. I will book this again when I come to Japan. the room is clean and there is a washing machine in the room. which we like it as it can wash rinse, spin, and dry. it is 2 stations away, but the location to Food Street is good.

Small but cozy, very comfortable, organised and clean. The location is perfect, near metro station, in a nice area well connected with main train station.

First tome at this hotel and it was good. Very spacious for 3 ppls. Clean but the daily cleaning is only taking away rubbish and changing towels which think isn’t enough as used all tissues but didn’t replace and had to go to get myself. Gym was ok wasn’t the best but clean. But the location is great and near to places.

Good location, near subways. Satisfied with the cleanliness, even though there isn't housekeeping. For a few days I think it's okay.

The room is quite comfortable, bathroom is big. Room is equipped with washing machine and microwave which it’s quite handy. Free amenities besides receptionist desk I stayed 4 nights, No room cleaning and bedding unless you request it at reception desk. But can request for changing towel everyday. Breakfast options are more to western style. Not much choices but still is delicious

Nice stay, not so squeeze, overall happy with the stay. But quite a distance of walk from shinsaibushi.

The best hotel so far that we stayed in during our Osaka trip. Room was clean amenities was great. Very near to metro and check in was smooth too!! Only dwnside is japanese hotels only provide 1 pillow each and its really small. Hahaah. But other then that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit osaka again.
