Convenient location about 5 minutes walk away from the MRT station, very clean bedroom and bathroom.

You need to have luggage with good wheels. Nothing much if at all to see around the hotel. Suitable for travellers wishing to drop by for one night

the hotel was nice and near the JR station through exit 4. It is a good location for us to catch early Shinkansen to Tokyo. The room was small but just a good size for 3 of us and Lawson was down below if you are hungry.

Great hotel loved it! Big and clean room for family of 4. Highly recommended for anyone need to take Shinkansen High Speed Train from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka. The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the Shin-Osaka station (exit 4). There is a lounge at L3 opens fr 2pm-10pm where one can get free hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic). Hotel guests also get to use free Onsen at L4. Definitely going to stay here when I come back to Osaka again.

The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the metro station. There's complementary drinks available from 2pm to 10pm at their dining area and what we liked about the hotel is the complimentry onsen each day. It was good to come back after a long day out sightseeing and shopping to their onsen to relieve oyr fatigue.

It was an amazing stay at Karaksa Grand, the location and service were both amazing for a girl traveling solo in Osaka. Close to the Shin Osaka station, you can easily access Osaka(Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi..) or travel to Umeda area to shop at the department stores. The onsen was well equipped - extremely clean with two pools and even a steam room. The reception area offers a wide selection of amenities (ie. Pola/DHC cleansing oil, toners, lotions, creams, razors, cotton buds...) all free for takes. The room is quite large for city standards in Japan, with mini fridge and enough usb outlets for charging. The shower & bathroom(wet/dry areas) are separated and the room is extremely clean. I stayed for three nights in total and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Osaka. There's a decent sized Lawsons right around the corner and a few izakayas/ ramen restaurants around. Can't imagine a better stay anywhere else in the area!

Facilities were good with enough amenities. Location is good walking distance to train station. Sometimes you can hear people dragging their luggage even when staying in the highest floor but it does not affect your sleep.

Overall 4.5. The front desk and room cleaning staff are fantastic. Room is cleaned daily. Location is great as it is very close to train station and JR Line. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is the train sound passing by. You can hear it clearly despite at higher floor room.

Terrible hotel experience. The rooms are extremely small, housekeeping is poorly managed, and the beds are unclean. The breakfast is incredibly disappointing, especially for families. Avoid this hotel at all costs—completely unacceptable.

Convenient location, very clean bedroom and bathroom, amazing view of railways outside the window, and comfortable bed. We will come back again.

Very close to Osaka shin. Nice staff and good breakfast. Check-in (3pm) is a bit late for my taste

Breakfast is average, but as expected at this price range. Room cleanliness and front desk service are both great. No free parking, but plenty of reasonably priced parking spaces within a 2-min walk. Takes a bit of time to go into central Osaka, either by car or by metro. Only a few metro stations from Umeda.
