The location is close to shopping center and convenience for traveller. From Midosuji line exit no.5 with escalator and cross the road will reach hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is in a very good location, easy to travel, and close to many famous tourist attractions. The room is small but not cramped. There are complete facilities. All the staff are ready to welcome with a smile and clean the room every day very well. I would recommend this hotel. Next time I come back to Osaka, I will definitely use this hotel again.

I selected the Soetsu Fresa Inn for its proximity to Namba Station, and I'm delighted with how convenient the location is for access to the central sights of Osaka and easy journeys to Kyoto and Nara. Check-in is straightforward, utilising the automated machines in reception on the 2nd floor. The reception area also has a stand with accessories for bathroom use and room pajamas. There's a stand by the lifts with free to use umbrellas if it's raining outside and a small laundry room with three washer/dryer machines at low price which automatically dispense detergent and conditioner built in to the price. The hotel rooms, typically for Japan, are tiny but serve their function admirably with everything necessary for your comfort to hand. There is also a selection of larger rooms to book if you're a larger group or need more space. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant, which is also a standalone pizza establishment in the evenings. I'm happy to say that I'm delighted with the hotel.

Very near Namba Naikai station. Good check in / out is at hotel level 2 reception where there kiosk. Hotel amenities, washing machine, vending machine located level 2 Room is tidy and clean and there is a family mart. Below hotel is bus terminal which can take the bus to Itami airport / Umeda. Metro namba station take midosuji line to umeda/tennoji

This hotel boasts an excellent location adjacent to Namba Station, making airport transfers remarkably convenient. The strategic position also facilitates easy travel throughout Osaka. After daily excursions, we could comfortably exit at Shinsaibashi Station to enjoy dining or shopping, then walk back to Namba Station (or the hotel) without much difficulty. The room size is adequate for two people, comfortably accommodating two 28-inch suitcases (tip: single-opening luggage works best for space management). The bed and amenities are clean and well-maintained. Despite facing the street, the room remains peaceful with no noise disturbance. Additional room supplies, including pajamas, are readily available on the 2nd floor lobby, with a comprehensive selection of items. Regarding service, while check-in and check-out are self-service, staff members are consistently available to provide assistance when needed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would definitely choose properties from this chain for future stays in Osaka or elsewhere in Japan.

One step form airport bus stop Very near with Namba Station and JR Namba

It’s an amazing place! The location is right next to the station, the grocery shop is next door to the hotel exit. The room was small but it had all that needed, including air humidifier! It even had a bath tub 😍

Great location near 0101 and Takashimaya. Also within easy walk to Dotonbori. Subway entrance is right down stair. Room is small and lacking a closet which is okay because I knew it at booking. Some staff is very helpful but some are indifferent. Most troublesome for me is no luggage forwarding. Front desk told me to use Family Mart downstairs. When I get the Yamato form from their staff, I was told one day delivery. After I filled out the form with the luggage in hand, the manger/ owner said three days! Not cool.

Love the hotel stay! It is convenient and close to all attractions. Shopping is just a doorstep away.

Really like the location of the hotel! Many restaurants and shopping in this area. Bought tickets for the Nankai Rapid train to Kansai airport on Trip as well. Station is just below the hotel. There’s also the airport bus service on the ground floor too. Take exit 10 subway elevator if you have a big luggage. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

3min walk from Namba station, good location, good price, self service in amenities, only setback is small room. Single travel is good, but not sufficient for couples after shopping.

My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and fresh. The bathroom was modern with a large shower and excellent water pressure. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the plush bathrobe. The room also had a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a large flat-screen TV.

This hotel is really good value for the money and within walking distance to everything. It’s super near the train station, and there’s a Family Mart downstairs. I will definitely come back here again.
