Had a fantastic stay over Christmas at this holiday. It's walking distance to metro and various restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. Although the rooms are small they had a bathtub which was a pleasant suprise. Beds are comfortable and clean.

Comfortable hotel, just that there's some distance from the nearest MRT station

10mins walk to the nearest train station. there's konbini opposite the hotel! friendly hotel staff.. room is relatively small (can open 1 large luggage) but nothing that u can't make do with. overall, great hotel!

Nice place for family

Room is a little small for 2 big luggage and 1 small luggage. Hotel was at a prime location, 5mins away from the famous glico man and Shinsaibashi station. Room was not too clean though. But overall not a bad stay.

Well located near Namba station (1 subway station) and Dontobori walking distance. Room is a bit small as usual in Japan. They provide you with everything, including pijamas.

7-11 and Lawson within a minute of the hotel. We stayed with our 3yo son and requested twin beds. Not bad a stay! Room can be a squeeze with luggage opened up, but since we knew we only needed the space to sleep and will be out exploring most of the time, it didn’t bother us. Hotel has ice machine and microwave free for use on level 3. Paid laundry available as well. Price is great considering we only booked a week before the trip and only paid sgd120/night (or so) . Would recommend!

Comfortable and convenient, there is a Family Mart and 711 convenience store downstairs, and it is only a 10-minute easy walk from the subway station and 心齋橋. The cleaning of the room needs to be improved. There are often small things n small stones on the carpet.

The room a lot of dust and have cockroach inside the room. Toilet have smell.

The hotel is modern. So clean, friendly staffs, despite the room is quite small if u have many luggages.
