It seems there might be something slightly allergenic, but the service is excellent, the facilities are great, and it’s extremely convenient being right next to Shin-Osaka Station and close to convenience stores. The breakfast is absolutely delicious

Very convenience hotel and 5 mins walk to JR and subway. Quiet and room size are not bad and can suit for 2 big luggages.

Comfort Hotel is the best! Best breakfast ever. Tasty but feels so healthy. Very comfortable beds. Nice view from wide windows. Great location. Oh i can't wait to be back!

If you arrive at Shin-Osaka Station, make sure to stay on the ground floor for easier navigation, especially at night. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the self-service machine. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was sufficiently large. The only downside for me was the breakfast area, which was quite small and could get crowded.

They store goods that bought online days ahead of my arrival. Well appreciated for such service. Room is clean and location is close to Shin osaka gives access ibility to anywhere

Hotel is near Shin-Osaka station. Good for our day trips out. Breakfast provided was good though not much of variety.

Best hospitality, friendly and warm welcome when we arrived. Great location just 5 min walk away from Shin-Osaka. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing was we put ‘Do not disturb’ sign but they hang a bag of new towels, floor mat, hand towel and dustbin bag outside our room. I never seen any of the hotel does thing, definitely the best hospitality I ever experience. Highly recommend!
