Only two metro stops from the main attractions. Exit is via 4a and not 4c as Google maps say! Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping left spare towels and water outside room as I had dnd request. Seems to be a trendy part of town as loads of hipsters and expensive cars parked outside. Food Shopping next door called oasis. Amazing selection of whole foods type items. Cheap. Lawson around the corner for 24 hour items and snacks. Laundry is 600 yen for 2 hour wash and dry on 5th floor. Very handy. Drinks machine also next to washing machine if you don't want to venture out. Pizza restaurant attached to lobby on 5th floor. Very nice atmosphere. Highly recommend. Quiet hotel for family's and friends

The room is big but too bad they put a 3 seater sofa and left no space to open luggage. The beds are comfortable and room is clean. There is a supermarket beside the hotel. No point going for the free pizza voucher as there are better food. The free pizza tasted bad as it was soggy. The paid drinks were good.

At this price range , I would say the hotel facilities and hotel room is above average , quite nice and modern, but the toilet is a bit old school , not recommended

可愛いホテルでよかったです。 連泊でしたがタオルも毎日交換してくれて、清潔感はありました。 急に朝ごはんが食べたくなり、前日の夜にお願いしたら翌日の朝ごはんをお願いすることができました。（別途料金） 朝ごはんもとても美味しくて満足です。

クリスマスイブに宿泊しました。客室がチェックでオシャレなだけでなく、ホテルのロビーもクリスマスツリーが飾られていて清潔感もありました。ホテルのアメニティは歯ブラシ、カミソリはなく、販売されているそうなので、持参するのがおすすめです。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。

京セラでのライブがあり、友達とふたりで利用しました。入ったらすぐエレベーターでロビー階まで行くのですが、迷いました笑 ロビーはクリスマス仕様になっていてすごくおしゃれでした！スタッフさんも優しく対応してくださってありがたかったです。 部屋も、気になる点としたら 年季の入ったドライヤーと鏡が少し汚れていたくらいで他はとても良かったです。オシャレなインテリアでめっちゃ映ます！ 次遠征がある時はまた利用したいし、友達にもおすすめしたいです。

離地鐵站有點距離，不管是西長堀還是阿波羅，酒店在居民區？周圍挺安靜的，半夜也聽不到什麼炸街的聲音。酒店隔音挺好，頭一晚住滿了也沒聽到什麼聲音。就是冷風對頭吹實在讓人難綳。各方面都能給五星，這一點就直接拉低印象了。

房間很乾淨很可愛！我訂了一張大床，很舒服！早上百葉窗會有陽光灑進來，很難睡懶覺哈哈。酒店距離難波兩個站距離，去USJ也不遠，附近有羅森便利店， 請注意：酒店不提供一次性洗漱用品！
