A little pricy probably due to World Expo. Room is really very small, not enough space to layout a L size luggage. Location is good, 10-15 mins walk to the shopping streets nearby. Not much amenities like most Japan hotels.

Hotel near dotonbori place. Service not bed. Room clean and new. Breakfast not bed.

Normal hotel, 3 star service, amenities and cleanliness. breakfast at lawson is much more worth it. Location is fine but not for those who don’t like to walk

It was a last min booking but the staff was very accommodating and helpful! The room, as expected, its small but it was okay since it was a night stay only. The location was very convenient! Able to just use one of the exit from the subway and it will connect all the way to JR Namba Sta. There's a convenient store around the corner as well!

Fantastic stay! The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the shopping districts, yet peaceful and quiet. There’s a Family Mart just a minute away, which was super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the large dining area with amenities—perfect for those who want to enjoy takeaway meals without having to eat in their rooms. Highly recommended!

For those who stay in this hotel with breakfast remember to ask for the breakfast card or coupon upon check in. For the first 3 days when go for the breakfast, no one ever ask me for the coupon but on the last day I was approached by the male receptionist for the breakfast card or coupon. I told him I do not have but he is kind enough to check In the system. Upon checking the make staff say I can proceed with my breakfast without apologies to me for the inconvenience .

The place is nearby shops and store. Near Osaka castle. The place is quite place, clean, and inside have free two bottle of water, toothpaste toothbrush, drip coffee, and soap sponge. The place is clean and well maintained.

Hotel location: not too far from the subway. The street is right behind a main Street. Quiet. With mo baggage, easy to walk to main area in 15-20 mins (all flat). Room: small as in any typical Osaka hotel. Has a clean set of sheets, well cleaned bath tub. Tv and aircon also working fine. Comfortable beds. No room service unless you request. Kettle and teabags available in the room. 2 Keycards for the room. Breakfast: miso soup, waffle, omelette, coffee/tea/orange juice, bread rolls, pickled fish pieces. Occasionally bacon or similar cooked meat. Breakfast operation hours a little limited.

3/10 SARAPAN TELAT 1 MENIT CLOSE WKWKWKWK LOL. CUKUP PERTAMA DAN TERAKHIR MENGINAP DSINI. KAMAR SEMPIT, BUKA KOPER SUSAHHH. FASILITAS BIASA AJ. JARAK DR STASIUN LUMAYAN GA DEKAT TP JG GA JAUH. STAFFNYA KAKUUUUUU. SO SORRY MENURUT SAYA SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN.

Perfect stay, from the friendly welcome, to the comfiest of rooms that was nice and warm upon entry. The only downside was that it is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro, but that is just a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. Will be staying there again

The price is competitive with the above mentioned grade of level  . Will stay again in future trip.

Overall the stay was comfortable although the room was the smallest I stayed at in Japan. The bathroom wasn’t big enough to swing a cat in. I was sad to find out check in wasn’t until after 4pm which was inconvenient and even more so that check out was 10am! A fine experience but compared to other hotels in the city and nearby it.
