Hotel was 8-10 mins walk to the major train stations. If you're going to universal, Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara, this hotel is highly recommended. Room is clean and they also have umbrellas that you could borrow

Really good looking hotel. Umeda region is lovely to stay. You have everything around you. On the room it is sometimes a puzzle with your suitcase because the space is really less…and we didn’t received any drinkingwater so you have to buy it by yourself in the stores close to this hotel.

The staff of the hotel were all commendable, very good!

The room was very small, so I can’t open the luggage inside and it’s really uncomfortable and even the distance between walls when you are enter - very small. As a compliment they suggest morning coffee and it’s it. On the night of departure I asked to be woken up, and the staff did not wake me up. On the other hand, another girl helped to book a table for a birthday party.

The hotel is nice. It provides everything you need. Staff was really welcoming. Beds are cozy. It’s a pity that room was small, but it’s ok for Japan. Location is perfect - umeda stations are nearby.

Our Second stay in the Nest. Location is walking distance from stations. Several Combinis and Restaurants nearby.

I was very suprised by this hotel. Google had this hotel as a 2 star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it was far more modern and cleaner than I expected. The staff were friendly and the checkin process was simple. The room was a little small but that’s to be expected for most Japanese hotel rooms, so I was ok with that. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great.

Very bad attitude they even charged us for a lost key card even though it is a plastic key card they charge 1000 yen where all the other hotels all over the world never charged me a penny whenever i loose a card or ask for a replacement card. Also nothing in the terms and conditions mention a fee for card replacement

Pro 1. Hotel is near city centre of Umeda and train station. 2. Hotel is reasonably clean, though I am unsure why the room emit certain odor .. 3. Reasonably priced and hotel staff are always helpful Cons 1. Morning coffee could be better ( it is free tho) 2. Hotel amenities are hard to find. Read there was a laundry room on 2nd floor yet I couldn’t find it. 3. Space utilization of room is poor, I have stayed in small rooms before but it was designed in such a way u could fit and place luggage easily . Same couldn’t be said about this unfortunately. Saying so, place is great for couple to just stay & reat up. For the location , price and cleanness alone I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in / near Umeda.

I’ve stayed here four or five times, the first time being in 2018. It’s not changed at all. Quality is great. Front desk staff friendly and polite. Downstairs area functions like a lounge room, microwave facilities available too. The location is close to Midosuji line and Umeda night area too. Great value for money.
