This place is tucked by a quiet neighborhood in ShinImamiya , which is quite central to - airport and all popular attractions like Osaka Castle and Universal Studios Osaka; with multiple convenient public transportation options JR Line, Loop Line for travel. it is adorable, affordable and most importantly clean. The Hosts all speak Japanese and ********* and provide great warm hospitality. Would stay here again next time I come to Osaka

hotel's in between train stations, a bit of a walk but i really didnt mind as i love walking in cold weather lol. helpful and kind staffs. some complimentary snacks and free water on the 1st floor. amenities replenished everyday. near convenience stores. really enjoyed my stay overall. would love to stay here again soon! Reserved the hotel last min, and it was really a good hotel. The room is a bit small, but we didn’t mind at all as we are always out and about. We love the welcome food and drink, since we arrived quite late. The taiyaki became our appetiser before our real meal.

Convenient hotel and helpful staff. Rooms although small were clean and nicely maintained. Easy access to train lines and walking distance to many attractions.

Location : near Imamiyaebisu station( walk around 3min). There is 7-11 between this route Service : staff is very kind and can communicate with English. You can leave your luggage without charge One thing that disappointed me is toilet, in my room (private room) there isn’t automatic toilet like anywhere in Japan, you have just only tissue paper

The cake in the reception is always sold out. I don't know why. I wanted to try the dessert cake but I am disappointed. I wish the hotel owner can remove the sign if they are not making the cake at all. I feel cheated that staying for a week, I never see any welcome dessert cake.

The one who was at reception counter on 24.01.2025 morning around 10am. Man, bold, has earing. Bad manner, bad attitude. I give 1 star because that man worker

location was in the middle of a few train stations, which was good, except that the distance was about 10mins away. however the road to the hotel was normal pavements, so even with heavy luggages, it wasn't too bad a walk. staff could speak english, rooms were clean. btw room toilets no have bidet.

The room is clean and the staff are good. But the toilet is not good for me it's an ordinary toilet it has no bidet but overall good experience.

The hotel is small (only 5 or 6 rooms each floor) but the room itself was more spacious than we used to in Japan. The design of the common areas is… well a little bit ambiguous, but the room was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, no problem with air-conditioning, bathing and so on. The system that you need to use to set water temperature is a bit unusual, but it works properly and the staff explain how to use it, so we had no problem with it. A minor inconvenience was the lack freezer in the refrigerator. The stuff is friendly. But once again it is a small hotel. So they do not have a need in many managers at the desk. And if you check in or out at the same time with other people you would probably need to wait a little bit. Not a problem at all, if you are not in a rush. The location is good if you plan to visit Sinsekai, Tsutenkaku tower and the zoo. There are a lot of cafes in Sinsekai area and entertainments to pass an evening. A food store and 2 combini are located near the hotel as well. Our time it Checkinn was comfortable. Thank you for hospitality.

Great establishment ! Location is very convenient as it is 10 minutes from 3 different stations. I found the room to be very practical and spacious. Staff is so kind and ready to help and assist. Will definitely come back when in Osaka

the staff can speak Chinese, location is near the train station, room is simple and clean.
